Sleeps 6/8 - Lovely first floor apartment in the centre of St Andrews with a private parking space. Kennedy Gardens offers an ideal base from which to explore St Andrews and beyond. Whether a group of golfers looking to play the great courses or a family coming to enjoy a holiday this apartment is ideal. A fabulous living room, fully equipped kitchen/diner, two large double/twin bedrooms, a double box bedroom and a pull-down double bed in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 or 6, each in their own bed. You can walk to the first tee of the Old Course in under 10 minutes and the centre of the town is a 5 minute walk away. All in all it would be hard to beat Kennedy Gardens and you really need to come and try it for yourself.

This is a great flat within easy waking distance to the St Andrews links. Do read the description carefully. It does sleep 8 but it is tight, but that is accurately described. There is a washer but no dryer. My group of 8 enjoyed our stay.

Great location: easy access to the old course and a vibrant city center area. A week of exploring the area golf courses and the restaurants in St. Andrews. Wonderful experience for first time Scotland visitors.

Great property. Fit 4 couples nicely with the murphy bed and doors to living room. The showers need some more glass. Water can go out onto the floor which has softened over time. Would recommend and stay again.
