We booked two weeks at Francescas beautfiul house and had the best time ever there. The house is even more beautiful than it looks on the pictures. Its fully equipped with everything you need, very clean and lovely decorated. The absolute highlight: The beautiful and very big roof terrace, where we spent a lot of time. You can sunbathe there, eat at the big table and even relax under the roofed part when it rains. Its just perfect! We also loved Lingueglietta so much. Its such a sweet little village with very friendly people and a lot of cute cats. We would definitely come back!

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, besonders schön sind auch die beiden Terrassen. Der Kontakt mit FrancescA war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lingueglietta liegt an einem malerischen Hang, umgeben von Olivenhainen. Zum Strand in San Lorenzo braucht man mit dem Auto 10 Minuten, das Parken dort ist recht billig, der Zugang zum sauberen öffentlichen Strand kostenlos. In der Umgebung gibt es noch weitere interessante Orte zu entdecken sowie sehr gute Restaurants.
Zum Haus: Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, da es weitestgehend im ursprünglichen Zustand belassen wurde mit alten Mosaikböden und alten Möbeln. Leider fanden wir in der Küche vergammelte Lebensmittel, die wohl von Vormietern dort zurückgelassen wurden. Die ganze Küchenausstattung war sehr alt und nicht sehr sauber. Da müsste jeweils bei der Endreinigung besser aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht werden. Im Bad war in einer Ecke die Silikonfuge sehr verschimmelt, ansonsten war das Bad sauber und auch modernisiert. Kritikpunkt hier ist allerdings der Gasdurchlauferhitzer, der wegen des geringen Wasserdrucks nicht immer bereit war, warmes Wasser zu liefern. Die Waschmaschine mit 400 Umdrehungen ließ auch etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Es gab reichlich Handtücher, Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Auflagen für Liegestühle usw. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht ruhig, da es relativ weit vom zentralen Parkplatz entfernt ist und die Aussicht zum Meer ist wunderschön.
