Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale! More information The space 2 level House, 2 full Kitchens, washer, dryer, lots of parking area for Boat and Motor Home too. Close to shopping, resturants, fwy's and more. 5 minutes to be a river front. Boat rentals, bike rentals, and more. Guest access To everything on the 1/2 acre of property. I have yard games, BBQ, porch swing, lawn chairs etc. Interaction with guests Always available to interact with guests if needed. I live less than 3 miles away. I will never bother you unexpectedly. Other things to note House is just as comfortable for 2-4 people as it is for 12. This is why I price it the way I do per guest after 2 people. So all can enjoy this beautiful home and property.

We were thrilled to stay at this house. It was close to our reunion location and we got to visit with each other more than we would have at a motel. The house was well stocked and clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 3 couples and 3 singles.

Family came for wedding and this home was perfect. Great location minutes from everything we needed. View of river was always in our sights. The fireworks displays were spectacular across the entire horizon for days. Comfy beds. Owner was available for any needs. Recommend this home 100%.

Stayed here with my softball team and couldn't have picked a better house if I tried. Only thing I could say is the downstairs was really cold and we couldn't adjust the temp. Great house!

By far the very best VRBO I’ve ever rented! Picrures don’t do it justice-we were completely gobsmacked at just how fab the place was! The pride of ownership shines with this property-everything worked, no issues with anything! The host was fantastic-left us some extra folding tables for the celebration of life we were having fir my grandmother…checked in with us on that day to make sure everything was going ok for our special day. Flow of house super for the 11 we had actually staying there. TWO FULL KITCHENS! Backyard like a park oasis, just beautiful! We are already planning our next reunion at this property. Thank you Kelly-we had a magnificent time together as a family!

The lodging was everything we needed to accommodate 9 adults in our group. Plenty of beds and parking available. It was also nice having two kitchens when preparing meals. I highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to send our crews out of town and know that they are going to be in a comfortable and safe house. Kelly was great to work with and even checked in with us to see if we were going to need to extend our stay. When we came back, the crew wanted to make sure that they got to stay here again. This was the perfect place for us in this lovely home. We were two adult couples and each had our own space when needed and great together time in the kitchen/dining area and deck! Everything we needed was there and completely enjoyed the home and the great view of the Columbia. Plus, were were there for the wineries and they were never ending!! What fun!

Nicely redone house on a lovely lot. Mixed quality neighborhood, but Kelly was fantastic. Home was very comfortable, neighborhood quiet, lots of parking, lovely view, beautiful doublet backyard. Recommend. Check in 4 star because we needed to ask for the check-in information but Kelly responded immediately and allowed us to drop some things off before check-in.

We gathered here in Kennewick from 5 states to celebrate the life of my father. Kelly was such an accommodating host, we felt as welcomed as if we were visiting family. There is some remodeling in progress that is fantastic! Brand new kitchen upstairs! The beds are comfortable, all the pillows blankets and towels you could ever want! Kelly had all of the basics for toiletries and kitchen staples there for us. I could go on and on, the yard, the view, convenient shopping for last minute needs. Kelly does not disappoint!

I rented this house for a reunion with a large group of young adults. Although there wasn’t a whole lot to explore in the Tri cities, the house made up for it to make it a memorable get away. We appreciated having two kitchens as we cooked multiple meals in house. It felt like it was well stocked with linens, toilet paper, and other necessities. No complaints, it fit our needs!
