The Space: Cozy Condo located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, comes with all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, guests have full access to unit accept one locked closet for owner use. Notre Dame fans will love being close to all of the action, sports stadiums and local bars & eateries. Guest Access: No common amenities on property. The Neighborhood: Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything, located next to the University of Notre Dame, down town South Bend is 5 mins away and just a few mins away from UP Mall and great restaurants. Getting Around: Public transportation close by, cabs and Uber also available. Interaction with Guests: Guests will have my cell number for any questions.

If you're looking for a nice, clean comfortable place to stay while visiting Notre Dame, this is the place for you. Not only was it clean and well kept, the walk from the condo to the stadium was about 8 min. You can't ask for anything better! We had a snag with the lockbox code but Doug picked up immediately and all was fixed in about 2 minutes. HIGHLY recommend. If we're ever back at ND, we'll be sure to stay here again.

Property manager did not provide exact address of location when requested so made for hard food shopping planing. Did not feel comfortable about apartment location and what I was getting into until about two days before arrival.

Doug's condo is in the perfect location to campus - especially if you are there for sporting events. Plenty of space for people to sleep! Would definitely stay here again!
