Amazing view from the pool and the balcony towards the mont blanc

the restaurant , the food was not up to standard a large buffet but every thing was already there for hours and it was cold

Very nice and friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day. We managed to park our car outside the hotel which was good and avoid us paying for the garage parking which is £15 per day. Pool with amazing view was absolutely beautiful!!! Nice hotel, good location if you have a car but without is a bit far from Courmayer town centre

You can book a spa from 3pm and when you come for you slot you cant really use it as you need to wait at least 15 min for rooms to get warm and ready to use like hamman or sauna. That should be done and ready at 3pm. We had 6 day stay and for the whole duration breakfast was the same, it would be nice to have something little bit different every other day. Hot foor like eggs and sausages were barely warm and when you come from 9:30am most of the food, fruits etc are gone and no more is added. Also you could add some more channels in English not only the news ones. Smart tv would be ideal as everyone use Netflix etc to watch movies in their own language. We had our room just above the bar balcony which is open till midnight. People were talking and laughing loud, smoking cigarettes and the smell was going into our room all day long. We needed to keep the balkony door closed and even though we couldn’t sleep until bar closed at midnight . Little table and chair at the balkony would be ideal to be able to relax a bit because now you can’t really make any use of the balcony to enjoy mountain view. Little note for the cleaning team to wipe wardrobe doors from time to time because it’s disgusting with all those fingerprints

The location was fantastic! Just a 5 min walk to the skyway and an easy drive to LA Thuile for the MTB. The views are spectacular and you.misy take a.walk across the road through all the narrow cobblestone roads as the sun is going down and the lights are coming on. Beautiful!

The room was fine for 2 people, but not big enough for 4 as advertised. It was only equipped for 2, 2 coffee cups, 2.water, not enough toilet paper etc. I asked for milk which they said they couldn't do. I had to ask for more toilet paper and our room wasn't serviced at all on Saturday, until I asked on Sunday. The food was good... if you got there as the restaurant opened before the big groups finished everything! You have to book a slot to go to the pool??? A first for me!
