The very friendly,courteous and helpful staff, from the buttler, to receptionist and others. The butler (Max) is exceptional.

Our stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong was exceptional and delivered the level of luxury and service that the brand is renowned for. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently focused on ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day exploring Hong Kong. One of the highlights of our stay was the St. Regis Bar. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, with an excellent selection of food, cocktails, and premium beverages. The cocktails were expertly crafted and among the best we enjoyed during our visit. The bar also features a well-stocked humidor offering a fine selection of cigars, complemented by a comfortable outdoor smoking terrace that provided a relaxing space to unwind. Dining at the Michelin-starred Run restaurant was another standout experience. The cuisine was exceptional, showcasing outstanding flavours, presentation, and attention to detail. It was a truly memorable dining experience and one of the highlights of our time in Hong Kong. Overall, The St. Regis Hong Kong provided a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay, combining exceptional service, elegant accommodation, outstanding dining, and world-class hospitality. We would not hesitate to return.

If there was one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which felt somewhat limited in choice and not quite in line with the value expected at this level.

Maybe one of the best hotel I ve been!!!!!
