Good central location. A fantastic shower & thank you for having conditioning shampoo.
The room I was allocated did not match the room shown on Booking.com. I had a small room with a shared living area outside the room - to be shared with people in another room.

The view from my room was great. As for breakfast, I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The most impressive aspect of my stay was the very pleasant and helpful staff.
No tea or coffee in the room.

The queen size room is extra spacious with plenty of room to hang laundry. Airy with a lot of sunlight. Sam (the supervisor) was very helpful with my trip extension. I couldn't get the same rate as my first booking at booking.com and he helped by balancing out an acceptable rate upon request.
I wish the breakfast included eggs. I keep hearing loud voices by some Chinese guests including their kids every night outside my room. Although it's not the hotel's fault, I wish they had been more attentive to the quietness of each guest. There was a loud construction noise just outside my room but it was daytime so it's ok.

İnternet service was good. Cleaning personnel is polite. Location is great.
Front deck is not helpful .The AC was only cooling however the room was cold and no heating was possible, even they did not send portable heater to my driend's room.
The corridor is not smelling nice.
