Ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities, this apartment is within easy reach of the traditional seaside towns of Bridlington and Scarborough yet lies on the doorstep of the rolling chalk hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The nearby pub serves food and provides WiFi, and there's also a spa treatment room and a chemist that sells essentials close at hand. Guests may also opt for a quiet, pleasant 15 minute walk to a lovely Blue Flag sandy beach. This lovely apartment is conveniently situated for visiting the local area by public transport as it's on the Scarborough to Bridlington bus route, and Humanby railway station is only two miles away. The elegant, historic seaside resort of Filey remains unspoilt, with two fine promenades, beautiful gardens and independent shops and tea rooms. Tour the rolling hills of the Wolds and the dramatic chalk cliffs at nearby Flamborough Head or visit the RSPB sanctuary at nearby Bempton to see the puffins in July. With the majestic city of York only an hours drive away, this apartment provides an ideal base for a memorable holiday. Guests will be able to use the swimming pool and gym for free via the owners pass. My 6yo and I went for 3 nights. Lovely community atmosphere, nice and close to the beach. Apartment was well kept and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. The internet signal was good. The site is well equipped with a shop, cafe, pub and amusements. I had some limited correspondence with Lucy who seemed very nice. I’d definitely consider going back again.

A spotlessly clean apartment, the owners were very friendly with wonderful local information on lots of places to visit and eat. A short walk to a very clean beach,free access to a well equipped gym and on site pool, a lovely pub and a scrummy made to order pizzas, which were divine with the spicy meatballs starter. We had a wonderful holiday here

Was very happy with the apartment. It was easy to find and enter, the directions were 1st class. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped. We wished we had booked for a longer stay. Maybe next time.

Filey Bay Cove is a lovely apartment that has all the facilities you could want for for stay. We were provided with all the information we needed with regards to our arrival and all the facilities within the apartment from the very helpful owner, Lucy. The accommodation was very clean on our arrival, is in a very nice spot and the treats left for our dog was very kind and thoughtful. Overall lovely apartment, booking, check in and instruction for use of facilities within the apartment excellent and very clear. Will be back.
