I was inspired by the attractive view of the lighthouse and the clear water of this sandy beach 365 days of the year, which surround the area. In a sweet escape… to this paradise, you will be able to enjoy beautiful green backyard which have a direct access to the beach, perfect for resting in a hammock or just relaxing under the palm trees having your preference beverage in a beautiful afternoon watching the sunset.
In this villa you can enjoy different activities with your family or as a couple, such as surfing, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, playing any sport or even deep sea fishing. There’s also a light house that has an aquarium and museum for the family to enjoy.

There are moments in life which are magical. Our family, 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren, stayed at this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. To quote 6 year old Elena, “I can’t believe this is real life!” It was perfect for all ages and enough space to accommodate everyone’s needs. The location is perfect for easy access to the entire island. I highly recommend this magical property!

Atlantic Sands Oasis was a wonderful home base for our family vacation in Puerto Rico.Javier and Lupe are exceptional hosts. We were fortunate to meet Javier during our stay and truly appreciated his warmth, responsiveness, and hospitality. He even helped arrange a deep-sea fishing trip for four members of our group to depart from the marina 3 minutes from the property. We traveled with a group of 14, and the layout worked beautifully for us. We loved having the pool, hot tub, beachfront location, and rooftop gathering space. Our days were filled with volleyball, cornhole, and basketball in the pool, and our evenings were spent on the rooftop enjoying dinner and sunsets.A few things future guests should know:• The spiral staircases to the pool level and rooftop are steep and narrow, so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.• Sand fleas were very active during our stay, especially at dusk.• The property sits on a busy road, and road noise was noticeable when we were inside• The washer and dryer work but are older, and cost 1.50 per load.• Indoor seating is limited for larger groups, but the rooftop comfortably accommodated our family for meals and gatherings.Some favorite nearby activities and restaurants:• Cueva del Indio• Cueva Ventana• Gozalandia Falls• Bermudas • Islote Beach Bar & Grill• Salitre• SimpleWe made wonderful memories here and are grateful to Javier and Lupe for this authentic Puerto Rican escape!

Javier was pretty responsive to problemas, I just wish there weren't so many problemas. Hot tub was a cold tub. Javi said they got a new heater, but not for us. A/c not central, fortunate for me I like the heat. Difficult having 4 small kitchens, instead of one large, especially for a large group. Door handle broke, so we couldn't close the door securely, fixed next day. Shower head stem rusted and snapped off, but Javi had it fixed the next day. Power went out for a day, but generator worked well. Plenty of parking and protected off of the pretty ghetto neighborhood. Nice pool and yard overlooking the beach. Clean beaches. Kinda far from most of the popular activities. Mixed bag, pretty ok place. Seem like nice people.
