Good hotel , great location, very good breakfast
The rooms are very spacious, same with bathrooms, lots of space
One of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in
Definitely great value, I’d come back to Lucky Sun Hotel next time
Lots of shops, cafes, spas within 1 min walk
Everyday after the room was cleaned I received stained, dirty towels … even when I asked for them to be changed to clean ones, they never were
Bed sheets were stained as well and I could ask the staff to change for a new set and they wouldn’t do that…

I really like the view from the room. It was the 22nd floor which is having a best sunrise view to the sea. The location’s amazing, so easy to get around by motorbike or taxi. The staffs are so nice tbh, they were helping me to rent the motorbike (I have a license btw) and share me some tips in the city

Bright studio and comfortable bed
When we got into the room, there was no soap and no hanger for towels around the sink.
Expecting to have a sea view but... another (surprise! Photos from booking showed a wide sea view but no) skyscraper obstructed the view.... What a fail.
The air-conditioning unit was so loud that we were thinking that it must come be from the pool.
The tiny fridge barely fits your drinks and takes hours to cool them.
The breakfast? Disaster...not even an proper omelette.
The worst hotel in my 3 weeks in Vietnam...
