Lovely aesthetic, great location, staff lovely. Laundrette and corner store next door, loads of restaraunts on the street and very walkable to ancient town.

Minor inconvenience of not having a card machine to settle the bill, air con could be more effective, no lift. But otherwise would stay here again!

This place was great. Hosts were so nice and the place was probably one of the cleanest places we stayed throughout our entire trip in Vietnam. You need to take your shoes off before entering and i saw the hosts cleaning a lot. Really appreciated this and it made the place feel more like home. The location was amazing, about a 5 minute walk from the center of Hoi An but tucked away on a quieter street.

Our stay was fantastic, with a helpful host, clean room, and a great location near the Hoi An River. We enjoyed a wonderful New Year party.

Off the noisiest main street down the back lane, walking distance to centre and riverside, plenty of restaurants around, cold beer not difficult to discover. The receptionist has changed her attitude closer to our last days of stay. Which we appreciated that. Spent our last day in Am Bang Beach, 5 kms away, and fully enjoyed the tranquility, without any traffic noise and threat, rounded it up with a reasonable seafood lunch. Spent much less when we walked almost to the end and paid only VND30,000/pax/beach chair, but free of charge if you order F & B.

The local hotelier policy (+ this restaurant offering cooking class on the same street!) in the neighborhood, you "must" remove your shoes upon entering the main lobby?! Upon checking in, the receptionist instead of welcoming us, she immediately demanded we must take off our shoes...hey, it's not a Hostel! It's so called the local 3-star establishment, any reasons? Then one evening after dinner, we returned and discovered the owner's children were playing on the floor... So we reckon this policy mainly has been tailored to skip the effort of cleaning and mopping the floor. Besides, the staircases leading up(no lift!) are completely in shiny "black" tiles and the lighting was dimmed, imagine one comes back "drunk"? I personally recommend this local "Shoes Off Policy" should readjust to cater foreign tourists?
