The location is great easy and fast access to public transportation made getting around Warsaw simple.

The lack of laundry facilities was a bummer. It was on me for not checking on the rental, but for longer stays it is a must.

Renters charged for old broken bed. Have no idea how many times they did this for customers already. Advice to check all apartment, make a pictures if any damaged item. Otherwise Renters will charge you from deposit payment.

This is a message to all naive booking customers like me, who read some really scary reviews of Renters.pl here in Booking and FB groups and thought that maybe this won't happen to me. 1) They force you to pay with debit card any way possible. I've provided details of 2 of my credit cards twice for them: they claimed that they couldn't charge my cards 4 times and demanded BLIK or bank transfers. Newsflash: every time a charge is unsuccessful, I get a message from my bank saying that someone tried charging it. I received zero such messages during the days when they claimed they couldn't charge it. 2) Customer support over Booking.com messages I don't think I ever called properties in Booking.com before, using the website for 8+ years. So traditionally, I tried talking to Renters.pl over the message system. It was terrible experience, as you might have suspected: all my questions about them not being able to charge my card were ignored and all I received was copy-pasted message "you need to send brank transfer to us". On later stages: on day of check-in, after we checked-out and process of getting the security deposit back - communication with support was as terrible. I was lucky to receive a reply once every 24 hours. 3) Customer support over the phone Traditionally, customer support over the phone is even worse than the message one. I can provide a screenshot of my conversation with them: 24+ minutes to figure out a simple question of my payment. The story went like this: after battling them for couple of days in Booking messages , I gave up and ended up sending bank transfer about 28 hours before the check-in. I've sent couple of messages saying "here's my bank tranfer, please check", "please check", "where are you?". It's worth noting: both me and Renters.pl are using ING Bank Slaski.

I gave it 9 as it didn’t have a washing machine, it would be absolutely perfect with the washing machine. Also parking situation was a little misleading. I thought parking was included within the rental price but then I had to pay 30zl per day extra to use the car parking space which is already allocated to the apartment anyway. The car parking key was in the flat so you have to park in the street, go to the apartment, find the car parking key and then go back to the car and park. Traveling with a little baby so it wasn’t ideal.
