It wasn't perfect, but it was so close to that I had to do all the full smile faces.
If I had paid list price I could and would have picked out a few very minor deficincies, but no complaints at the "off peak" rate.

Excellent location very close to the old centre. Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment with all that is needed for a short stay. The instructions by the owner on receiving the keys were quite clear and easy. A close by public garage is available within a short walking distance ( 10 minutes) because it is not possible to park close to the apartment.
Instructions for booking the garage and checking the schedule for access of cars in the old centre should have been provided one step earlier in the registration process order to provide clarity. The AC was functional but not too effective , but probably because it was quite hot in Verona that evening.
