Property location is excellent. 5 minutes walk to beach and just minutes to Main Street. Bright airy rooms with very quality fit out and comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean.

The room itself is quite small but it's what comes with it that makes it special. The bathroom is ultra modern and spacious; the shared kitchen has everything you'd need including a coffee machine; the veranda is a welcome outdoor space for breakfast with a little table and chairs. However, the star has to be the roof top terrace. We loved having a drink here before going out in the evenings. It is spacious with comfortable seats and shade. there are also 2 sun loungers - although we never used them.
The room is a 5 minute walk from everything in Alvor. The village has a lively feel with both busy and quiet streets. There is an abundance of restaurants and bars. We would recommend aTascado & Ruccula.
We used Bolt to get to the 3 Brothers beach as we felt it was too long to walk. The Bolt usually cost 4-5 euro each way. [There is a closer part of the beach which is within walking distance but its not as pretty in our opinion.]
Jim was great at communicating in a speedy and friendly way.
Our cleaner was also super friendly.
I would have preferred a slightly bigger room - although there was plenty of room in the wardrobe for all our things.

The fact that there is a dyson to clean, and there is an ironing machine as well. Also, there were chairs and umbrellas to borrow for the beach, this was the best part.
Would preferred someone to clean the room on daily basis for it to stay clean especially the bathroom with wet floors. Since when someone is on vacation, usually we dont like to clean or tidy any thing
