An absolutely wonderful place! The location is beautiful, surrounded by peaceful countryside and stunning scenery. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the toiletries were of a true five-star standard.
AnnaRita was a fantastic host—warm, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We especially loved the freedom to enjoy the open fields, and the property was incredibly dog-friendly, which made our stay even more special.
Although the price seems quite high at first, the quality and overall experience made it completely worthwhile. If I return to the area, I would happily stay there again!

Close to Porto Ercole but on a secluded estate nestled amongst a grove of olive trees, pomegranates, figs on a hill overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and Renaissance fortifications. A magical setting. The casata is well appointed and comfortable and the caretaker was kind and attentive. We would like to return for another visit.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag einwandfrei gereinigt. Die Küche war mit den notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Besitzer waren immer für Anliegen erreichbar. Die Gartenanlage ist grosszügig gestaltet.
Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir das Haus für uns haben und das war nicht eindeutig beschrieben. Wir hatten eine Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern über uns und der Lärm war beträchtlich. Auch besteht im Raum eine Feuchtigkeit, die Kommode für die Anziehsachen kann man nicht verwenden, da es modrig riecht. Der Raum ist sehr dunkel. Die Fotos für den Raum wurden optimiert und die Wirklichkeit sieht anders aus. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist ohne fahrbaren Untersatz nicht empfehlenswert da der Weg lang, dunkel und ohne Gehweg ist.
