Safe neighborhood proximity to train stations
It was right above a 24 hour bodega. Lots of noise outside at night. The pictures are also a little bit deceiving making the space look bigger than it actually is.

Perfect location for Olympia, Key handover OK but had to chase

The proximity to the Olympia where our children were attending a weekend event, it is directly across the road and a 2 minute walk from the Kensington Olympia station. There was a lift as well as stairs. We were met with a lovely greeting on arrival and shown the apartment. We were able to put our bags in to store them before check in which was a great bonus. There is a couple of convenience shops directly beneath with pubs and restaurants a 5 to 10 minutes stroll away.
On the last night we were kept awake by noisy neighbours - however, this was not within the control of the apartment operators.
The air con unit was noisy BUT it was very appreciated as it was very hot.

everything was almost good but if any issue arries,they took couldnt solve on same day,they were taking 2-3 days to solve the issue
in kitchen they rercently chnaged the gas but they didnt change the utensils which work on that new gas and it took more then 2 days to solve it and again when we extended our stay,a/c pipe is broke by cleaning team and at very same moment in informed them and asked to put cello tape so tat we can use it,till our departure they couldnt fix it apart from these 2 issue everything was good
