About this house rental
Beautiful private residence. Tiki House is set behind a coral wall, with wonderful Pergola shaded garden patio .Great ocean views and just steps to Seven Mile Beach's sandy, palm shaded public beach. Famous snorkeling at Cemetery Reef is close by as are great local restaurants, supermarket, and shopping.
We are located at the intersection of North West Point Rd and Town Hall Rd, across from the West Bay Public Beach. Address is 44 North West Point Rd.
The main house separates out perfectly for couples or families to enjoy. The first floor features a full sized kitchen, great room with flat screen TV, two bedrooms each with queen sized beds, a full bath and full sized washer and drier . High end Kitchen features Granite & quartz counter tops, Stainless Steel appliances & Coffee Bar. French doors open to the garden patio .
The second floor has a sitting room, two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, one with twin beds, and full bath. There are beautiful ocean views from the oversized windows.
Toll free international calling available from the Vonage phone. We also offer complimentary internet access. The garden patio features table and chairs,,
If diving is in the plans, many dive operators are based at the pier across the street from Tiki House.
Tiki House is inspected and fully licensed as a guest house by the Department of Tourism of the Cayman Island Government.

House is even nicer than the photos. It is on a very busy road without sidewalks so it can be tricky to cross. If you are snorkling be sure to read up on exactly where to go- there are lots of great spots but you won't find them on your own.

Loved the Tiki House! It was spacious even for our group of seven. Very clean & well maintained. Our two youngest (18 & 21) got a kick out of sleeping in the room with the Finding Nemo theme. Our only concern was the parking situation. We had to rent a 9-passenger van & the drive entrance being on a blind curve made getting in & out of the parking area a little "hairy" at times. But even with that, we would definitely stay at Tiki House again.

Just minutes from the beach and on the municipal bus lines to downtown. Thais is a lovely place for someone who who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the big resort area. The grocery store is within walking as are 3 or 4 standout restaurants. West bay beach has some great snorkeling but we recommend the trek to cemetery beach where the access is a bit easier.

Rob,I just wanted to thank you for a great two weeks. We loved the Tiki House, especially the location. My family had such a wonderful time. The diving and snorkeling are the best anywhere! We especially like the dive shop at Dive tech. Great advice and service. Macaboca and Edens rock were also great spots for dives. Cant beat $15 US for a dive! The Royal Palms beach club is an exceptional spot to spend an afternoon. And its free when the cruise ships arent there! Dinner at the Calypso grille was a treat (although not inexpensive). I met up with the property manager at Budget car rental on the last day by accident. Small island!!We loved the place and wouldnt hesitate to book it again. Maybe next year. :). Thank you!
