The apartment was spotlessly clean but simple. The area is really lively with tons of tourists (lots of noise with a busy late night burger place downstairs) and lots of options for a quick bite or gelato (so many gelato places!). The kitchen had everything needed (we did not cook) and the shower was amazing....bring your own soap and shampoo...we had to buy the latter at the nearby small grocery store.
Like all the streets in Old Town, Dubrovnik it was not that easy to reach (stairs, stairs, steep stairs!) and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (we were warned but in reality it is 4 flights of stairs by North American standards). The stairs are steep too. But after a day or two we felt like locals!

The location was great, surrounded by lots of food and right in the heart of the Old Town, loved having two separate air cons and our own little kitchenette with all kitchen amenities supplied.
