perfect location, very pretty interior design, the staff were very nice and polite , breakfast was AMAZING ( the best part about the guest house in my opinion)
deluxe room experienced a-lot of noise coming from downstairs in the morning, the bed in the king room was making a-lot of noise and a bit small therefore it wasn’t that comfortable , the shower-head was very bad and leaking , also very small bathroom in the king room , no reception at night ( self-access).

This hotel is located near Kyrenia Gate, making it convenient to take a bus to other cities or the airport. It's also close to the border control checkpoint, just a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast is freshly prepared and the fries are delicious.
The hotel doesn't appear on Google Maps; only a neighboring restaurant shows up. Upon arrival, you'll find that it primarily functions as a restaurant, with several rooms on the second floor converted into guest accommodations. The breakfast time is surprisingly from 10:00 to 12:00. As mentioned in other reviews, the room space is cramped, making it difficult to open two suitcases at once. The second floor is extremely hot, feeling like a sauna. There's constant noise resembling a washing machine running both day and night, likely due to pigeons on the roof.

The Guest House is centrally located and is a walkable distance from shops and the centre. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were really kind and welcoming. The room was also very comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay here.

The staffs are very good, and their meals are excellent, which makes you feel at home
The first room I didn't like but they changed it to a better one that I paid extra which is fine.
