Gigantischer Ausblick mit Abstrichen

Atemberaubende Aussicht direkt auf den Ozean . Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer bewachten Anlage . Super nette Haushälterin, Gärtner etc Die Eigentümerin per WhatsApp auch nett und freundlich . Riesen Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmer., Wohnbereich 3 duschen Top preisleistung

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen überall Rost und brüchig In der Badewanne gibt es keine handbrause , dafür kann man aber in der Garten Wohnung duschen Die Dusche in der Wohnung ist sehr beengt und halt verrostet Wir hatten Probleme beim Code und konnten leider stundenlang die Vermieterin nicht erreichen . Ein Nachbar ließ uns dann in die Anlage Keiner hatte uns vorher mitgeteilt , dass es auch einen Security Eingang gibt der durch die townships geht . Es ist ein bizarres Spiel sowieso da die Anlage sich neben einem so Dorf auch befindet . Aber das ist wohl eher typisch Südafrika Für mich als Europäerin ein trauriges Bild

This was one of the best and most relaxing stays we have ever had and will definitely be returning in the warmer months

The view is breathtaking and was pleasantly surprised by an indoor braai that was so welcomed with the winter weather.

It’s not dislikes more improvements. 1. The fourth bedroom that is advertised is a little apartment outside/ detached from the main house - this should be mentioned for those that have smaller / younger children or those assuming it’s all in one house. For those couples / teenagers that are looking for something separate - it’s a cute little section for privacy. 2. A shower over the bath in the en suite would be a wonderful value add as it will help with the congestion of 6 people in the main house needing to shower.

Beautiful quite place with amazing views and good service!

Location and views are amazing and breathtaking! Very quite and safety place. Nice villa with everything you need and panoramic windows with straight ocean view. Very friendly staff ready to help you with everything.

It is not a disadvantage but it is important to know - villa is a little bit far from restaurants and supermarkets (by walk) but by car - 5 min.

Beautiful place, clean, cozy and best of all, right on the beach.

The location was further from the centre of town than expected- a car is a must.

Superb

Beautiful house and an incredible view! The host was friendly too. We'd definitely stay here if we visit Hermanus again!

The wifi was a bit slow and the township nearby made it feel a bit less inviting driving in, but we didn't feel too unsafe at any point.

not so great close to the township - but it was a wonderful stay and we had no issues at all

Good Stay By The Ocean

My friends and I loved this property, It would be a property of choice while in Hermanus. Something to note though is that it has only 3 bedrooms so will sleep 6 people comfortably. I had booked for 7 but luckily 1 of my friends cancelled. It worked out great in the end.

Zwelihle Beach Club. Owners just be honest it will go a long way.

I thought giving myself the time to write this review would allow my frustration to subside... But it hasnt so here is an honest review. My concern around this property was the lack of transparency around the fact that there is an informal settlement on its doorstep. We were given directions to 'surpass the bad area' as the owner called out, but she failed to mention that the settlement was on the doorstep of the Beach Club, a full residential area . Despite sharing this concern with the owner she had a jaded view about the disclosure of the information when i asked why it wasn't disclosed she said it was a 27000 hectare forest before the land grab happened which didnt happen yesterday. I didn't have an issue with the township at all. It was the lack of transparency from the owner that was disappointing. Then she said they built a senic route to avoid the township, where you see birds and lush green areas, uhm, this was an unpaved dump through the industrial area. It felt safer driving past the informal settlement. The home itself had issues with the plumbing when you showered dirty water pushed up through the drains, the tap in the kitchen dripped all week, we tried saving the water to put on the garden and we weren't made aware that the one room was outside the house a converted garage. The conversion was a neat one, but the lack of transparency around this, which meant our family slept outside the main house. Unacceptable. The only decent thing about this space was the honesty from the estate asking us to be careful when 'walking due to the crime, and safety issues in the area.'

The lack of transparency by the owner, which set a bad tone for the time spent there. The security was unhelpful as well. My issue isn't with the surroundings it was the owners lack of transparency.
