La ubicación nos pareció muy buena. Cerca tienes varias cafeterías que están genial y hasta la aguja con 20 minutos andando.

Nous avons profité du petit déjeuner gratuit ainsi que de la salle commune, qui bien que petite est assez chaleureuse. Bon point, pour le ménage qui est vraisemblablement quotidien (la literie était propre ainsi que les sanitaires)
Le code étant faux, nous avons eu du mal à contacter l’établissement pour avoir le bon code. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de réception, rend complexe l’accès.

Está en una ubicación central en Dublin 1 con bus al frente de la hostal para llegar desde/ir hacia el aeropuerto. Camas cómodas, con buen espacio para viajar con una maleta de cabina.
Al momento de hacer el check out, contratamos el servicio para que nos guardasen el equipaje y disfrutar un poco más de Dublin. Al volver, no había ninguna persona en la recepción, por lo que tuvimos que esperar más tiempo del estipulado fuera de la hostal para recuperar nuestras maletas.

Die Lage ist rein von der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum her gesehen sehr gut.
Man konnte sich problemlos zu Fuß in der Stadt bewegen.
Die Anreise vom Flughafen betrug lediglich 30 Minuten.
Luggage Storage waren in der näheren Umgebung problemlos zu finden.
Angenehm war dass man keinerlei Versorgungsschwierigkeiten hat, da in der Nähe viele nette, sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants, Imbisse, Pubs und auch Supermärkte ansässig sind.
Daher waren Frühstück-Mittag-Abendbrot - alle Mahlzeiten - problemlos abgedeckt.
Positiv zu betonen war auf jeden Fall die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers.
Generell waren die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber.
Wir hatten ein Vier-Bett-Zimmer bestehend aus zwei Einzel- und einem Doppelbett (für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer bestehend aus einem Einzel- und einem Doppelbett (für 3 Erwachsene) gebucht.
Für die Kinder waren die bodentiefen Fenster sehr spannend (auf Grund der im 10-Minuten-Takt vorbeifahrenden Doppeldecker-Busse)... beim Umziehen sollte man die Vorhänge allerdings lieber geschlossen halten ;)
Wie bereits in einigen Bewertungen zu lesen war, handelt es sich beim KGT-House um eine eher einfache Unterkunft.
Dass man neben einer vierspurigen, fast dauerhaft befahrenen Straße nächtigt, war eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Alternative zum Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße war ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, in welchem die Lüftung des darunterbefindlichen Imbiss bis tief in die Nacht hinein lief - welche Variante man als weniger störend empfindet, ist wohl Geschmackssache.
Der Geräuschpegel der Autos auf der Straßenseite des B&B´s wird durch das recht aktive Nachtleben der Gegend noch ein wenig unterstützt, man kann, wenn man möchte, laut-starke Gespräche verfolgen und auf eine Beruhigung der Situation in den frühen Morgenstunden hoffen.
Der Zustand der Matratzen war außergewöhnlich schlecht - nach einer Woche täglichen Wechsels der B&Bs in Irland und des Kennenlernens aller Varationen an Unterkünften, muss man hier doch sagen dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht das Beste war.
Die Matratzen waren brutal durchgelegen - hier wäre eine Investition in neues Equipment auf jeden Fall lohnenswert.
Die Größe der Zimmer war okay, aber sportlich bei 4 Personen mit 5 Koffern - man muss sich gut organsieren, damit man alles ohne Komplikationen unterbringt, aber es ist möglich.
Der Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss des KGT-Houses war für uns nicht sonderlich einladend, daher haben wir diesen nicht genutzt.
Die bereits des Öfteren erwähnte Problematik des PIN-Wechsels traf tatsächlich auch bei uns zu.
Bitte unbedingt die Mails beachten! Auch wenn diese exakt wie die vorherigen Mails formuliert sind... eine kleine Notiz am Ende verrät dass es einen neuen Türcode gibt.
Wir hatten das Glück nette Nachbarn zu haben, die uns zufälligerweise im richtigen Moment die Tür geöffnet haben.

The fact that the manager has assaulted myself physically doing harm and caused consequential problems like stealing my belongings left at the property, and my money for my staying payment was not refunded after his assault and my leaving, also causing damage as my arrest and fare.

Good location, decent price for a night. Curtains on beds added some privacy, which was appreciated, bathroom and kitchen were quite new. Check-in instructions were easy and straightforward, bed was quite comfy.
Honestly, this wasn't the best place I've ever stayed in, but nowhere near as catastrophic as people in some reviews claim it is.
As others have stated, temperatures in the dorm were quite high, and the power sockets were quite far up, making them hard to reach from the lower bunks. Bathroom and dorm could have been a bit cleaner. Guests left their dirty dishes in the kitchen, but you can't really blame the hotel for that.

Check-in automatico tramite invio di codici, molto efficace e che permette flessibilità sull'arrivo. Ostello a 15 minuti a piedi da Temple Bar, Trinity College e altro, con vicine molte fermate dei mezzi di trasporto sia verso la città che verso il centro.
Camerata e bagni puliti, letto comodo con possibilità di isolarsi tramite tendina.
Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma la colazione era compresa nel prezzo della camerata.
La camerata è veramente piccola per 16 letti, da migliorare e ampliare il sistema di areazione, non sufficiente. Purtroppo gli interni erano impegnati di odori sgradevoli.
I bagni, per quanto puliti, sono insufficienti per il numero di ospiti, quindi si crea velocemente lo sporco e l'umido.

La ubicación, justo al lado de la parada del bus, perfecto si vienes desde el aeropuerto, y a una distancia andando del centro. Las habitación está bien si no te toca la del último piso.
La zona de las habitaciones compartidas, el comedor y la zona donde se dejan las maletas es un sótano lleno de humedad y muy desagradable. El olor a comida del último piso. Para poder hablar con alguien tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono y que viniera de otro sitio y no fue demasiado rápido.

La ubicación, justo al lado de la parada del bus y muy cerca andando del centro. Ya había estado en este hotel unos días antes, en otra habitación y todo había ido bien.
La habitación estaba en el último piso y la ventana está junto a la salida de aires del restaurante de abajo, el olor a comida era insoportable. Pagamos 5 euros por maleta para dejarla en un sótano lleno de humedad. No recomendaría las habitaciones compartidas porque están en el sótano.

Clean and comfortable with kettle and microwave and communal kitchen.
Very difficult to locate . No clear signage and poor directions. A pink door with a tiny sign next to a kebab shop in a very long street is very difficult to find.Local people didn't know of it. Dorset street is very long with upper and lower streets so clear directions essential.

Quizás por poner algo bueno, la ubicación, parada de bus a 60 metros. El bus al aeropuerto (2,60€) tarda 35 minutos, al centro puedes ir andando, unos 15 minutos y llegas.
No atiende nadie, entras a las habitaciones por un pasillo con un olor a Kebab increíble, es más, está al lado de un Kebab y el olor entra por todos lados. Además de la falta de personal, ya que todo es por email, los colchones son horribles, deberían de cambiarlos, se oye muchísimo el ruido de la calle, mala insonorización, el baño tiene un extractor que emitía un ruido tremendamente molesto, cuando llevaba un rato encendido el ruido remitía... Salida de check out muy pronta, a las 10 a.m., y como tengas la mala suerte de salir el domingo no disponen de guarda maletas, este servicio solo lo dan de lunes a sábado, previo pago de 5€ por maleta, eso sí.
Nosotros solicitamos el servicio, teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 10, y a las 9:30 nos contestaron a través de Booking, al ser domingo no era posible, nos recomendaron buscar un maletero en el centro, al final nos tocó estar en el aeropuerto hasta las 19:30 que salía nuestro vuelo, una pena que den tan mal servicio al cliente. Alojamiento solo recomendable si no tienes otra cosa y para una noche, no más.

The location was near by the centrum and the bus stop! I could walk to the city center maximum 20 min!
When I got at the hostel I found the bed I supposed to stay, it was really tight. The height was not for a grown up person! I was struggling to get in to sleep (bed n3). It was the only one with 3 beds at the doorm!
I arrived there in the middle of the night so I had no options but to sleep there,even tho I stayed awake the whole night. I couldn't even turn my body at the other side because the bed was too tight,not by size,but by height! The next morning I called the property and the person I spoke he didn't even introduce himself to me, was rude and he didn't try to help me,instead he wanted to make me feel bad that I wanted a better bed,because I paied for it! This man was rude all the way.. At the end he changed my bed to the number 17. I enjoyed that bed!
The other problem was the poor breakfast! The only thing they had was sweets,nothing salty,bad coffee.. Not worth it!

The bed was horrible and the condition of the room was awful there was nowhere you could sit and the owner would try make it so you can’t even be out past 9pm or wouldn’t be allowed back in that night there was no pillow no locks to be able to pay and use to keep your stuff safe the charging ports hardly ever used the owner would come in and just start walking in the shower room for both the male and female one regardless if anyone wants to go in there preventing you from using it when it’s the time slot you have to as he would only allow you to use it within certain times the breakfast was also inedible the room was like a sauna turning down the temperature didn’t work he had a camera in the shower room/toilet overall even though it’s cheap I would avoid it all costs not even worth £5 a night let alone anything else worst experience ever

Good location and clean bathroom.
Room number 2 - double bed was broken causing one side of the bed to collapse when someone lay down. Looked under mattress to find wooden planks that didn’t cover the entire base of the bed. Thankfully single beds were available in the 2nd bedroom and we had to use these.

Not a dislike but make sure you look for THE PINK DOOR on arrival. The sign is up high so easily missed but the door is pink which I read in the reviews. Would be good to put “look for pink door” in the message you get prior to arriving.

Rooms are very private with curtains. It’s a very clean place. I think anyone who stays here will be happy with their decision.
Toilet is in the room itself. One for Male one for Female. It has the shower and toilet in one room. It’s very clean with some clear house rules to keep everyone happy. It’s very warm.

It was easy to get to
No staff working in the PM, not clear instructions, poor 3 bed bunks without a curtain, empty hand disinfectant bottles, unable to hire towel, people started cleaning the bunk at 9.00am while I was still in the middle bunk.

It was reasonably clean. We had a double bed and single bed in our room which was nice. We were in room number 1. It was OK for the price.
It was a bit far away to walk into temple bar area every day, at least 30mins. Also it was very hot in the room, no air con and smell of kebab food was a bit off putting.

Did not have breakfast. The location was not too bad. A 20 minute walk to the city centre.
It would be preferable if we got the lower floor as requested since we both have knee problems and are 60 and 69. We had to carry our cases to the 2nd floor which was tiring and we're only told about this a day before.

There wasn't much to like. Probably the fact that it was very cheap... took the sting off the experience. The bathroom was clean and modern, which was the only reason we stayed. At first glance we almost left to get a hotel.
Didn't see any staff or anyone else during the stay.
Room was dated and cramped.
Some sort of waterpump in the room that was so noisy, hardly slept a wink.
They failed to mention that we were on top of a Pizzeria (smell wasn't great)
Staircase up to our room was dangerous. Like a cast iron outdoor stairwell with carpet on it.

With the cost of bed/breakfast and hotels being overpriced and out of some peoples price range in the area, this is simply ok if you're just planning on just somewhere to sleep and being close to the city centre. If you don’t like sharing your space with several others though, this really isn’t for you, as there can be disruption to you sleep. Its also a little claustrophobic too if you don’t like tight spaces. Otherwise, it’s basic and thats about it.
