Above the clouds; beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath with large living room on top level with fantastic views. Three decks for enjoying the mountain splendor. Stone fireplace & cathedral pine ceiling in living room. Loft area with view of living room and mountains. Large family room downstairs with 50” flat screen. Walk out from family room to 5 person hot tub on deck. Newly renovated kitchen with open floor plan and all new appliances. Kitchen also has 42” flat screen. Office located off of living room. Two master suites with full baths and flat screens in each bedroom. Upper Level (Second Floor): Living Area Kitchen Dining Half Bath Office Loft w/ Sleeper Sofa Driveway Entry Level (First Floor): Master Suite w/ Queen Bed - En Suite with Tub/Shower Combo Bedroom w/ Queen Bedroom w/ Double Shared Hall Bath w/ Tub/Shower Combo Walk-Out Basement: Family Room w/ Sleep Sofa Bedroom w/ Queen Bed - Ensuite w/ Walk-in Shower Laundry Deck Access to Hot Tub OLD TIMBERLINE - A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area. You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards. We rented this property for our pre-wedding weekend of exploring the Blackwater Falls Area with our closest adventure friends. We had plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed having breakfast while on the main deck in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. It was great to come back from a day of hiking to soak in the hot tub as well. The property was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed it!

Wonderful view of mountains and valley, great decks on several levels, fabulous living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable furniture, excellent access to Dolly Sods.
Some things were broken, some kitchen stuff was very unclean, towels were ratty, etc. Even so, I'd come back here again.

I loved the place, and while I did leave an extra tip in the envelope left from the housekeeping crew, I was a bit confused by it...as the cleaning fee for this property was quite high. Does that mean the crew is not getting the whole fee? Thanks Becky and the team whom answers questions on more than one occasion were great to work with

It is my second time renting and coming to this property. The house is spacious and the view from the porch and living room is beautiful. The hot tub is a great plus! Since the booking until the check out, everything was smooth and easy.

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The house had a beautiful view and was actually larger then we needed. Becky was very helpful when we had a family emergency and I thought we may have to change the date of our trip.When picking up the keys. Your staff was very friendly and pleasant. We appreciated they gave us information on the area when I told them it was our first visit here.

The team at Mountaintop is incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive - I've been coming to Canaan Valley and renting houses through them for years and the service has been superb year after year.

The property was well maintained and exactly as advertised. Checking in and out was very simple and required little time and effort. Timberline is a beautiful and unique place unlike any I’ve been too before and you can’t match the views and serene atmosphere anywhere else. The team members were excellent. They responded to each phone call and email with expedience. They are very knowledgeable and informative.

We love the whole area from Blackwatwr Falls to Seneca Rocks.. we have been coming every fall since early 90s and plan on continued visits !! We have always been happy with our rental thru mountaintop Realty .. especially on Mountainside Rd .. BEAUTIFUL ???? The team was very helpful and friendly.. I spoke to Dakota a few times and she was very helpful and answered my questions.. thank you!! We loved the view.. the hot tub was amazing on the deck with the view????

This home is a treasure! We considered moving in! The views are spectacular and the access to Dolly Sods is priceless. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed many meals on the deck. I loved the views from the kitchen. A beautiful place!

Appeared to be a busy weekend in the plan but it was very quiet on our road and at the home.
