About this apartment rental
On the ground floor of a carefully preserved pre-war building lies this spacious apartment which consists of two separate units directly connected through a double door. In the back with its windows towards the courtyard, there are two bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom. Next to the other bedroom there is a second large bathroom with a tub and a washing machine. At the heart of the apartment though lies the so-called 'Berlin room' which traces the typical outline of that era's construction with a main building crossing over into a side wing. This room has been converted into large open kitchen with a dining table and two couch chairs which each unfold to comfortable single bed. Across the hall and separated by a double door lies the front part of the apartment with its windows toward the street. Here you find the master bedroom plus a living room with another sleeping couch, dining table and a third bathroom with a shower. There is also a small tea kitchen with an extra fridge. A glas door leads directly onto the tree lined side walk of this quiet street where you can sit on your own private bench and enjoy warm summer nights with the company of your local neighbors.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and of course all the cooking utensils necessary to prepare a good meal.
Bedroom #2 has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom #3 has two single beds (70 x 200 cm) which can be pushed together.
The large bathroom has a bathing tub, wash hand basin, a toilet and a washing machine.
The living room includes a small tea kitchen and has a table for 4 people and a cozy sitting area. The sofa can be pulled out and used as another double bed (120 x 200 cm).
The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, a desk and a sofa; the third bathroom a shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Property is as described. Great location! Unit is clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of space in this apartment! Great assortment of dishes and pot and pans to use. Loved the pour over for coffee! Fantastic communication from property owners. Extremely easy check in and checkout process. Several grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and bars near by. Be sure to check out Lamm and Marz for great drinks and service! If you love permanent jewelry, Oh Bracelet is just down the street from this apartment. The only downside is the noise from the neighbors above (loud walking) and the main door from residents coming and going.Bottom line - we would absolutely stay at this property again.

Our stay was fantastic. We loved the location, near restaurants, shopping and transit. The apartment is just as described, very roomy providing plenty of space for our group of four. The host is very helpful and available if you need anything. Just be mindful that this is a lower unit, so you will hear your neighbors as they come and go.

We were a large group of 8 people, the property worked out well having 3 bedrooms. However, as some others have noted in their reviews the front bedroom and couch (bed) are right on the street which can be noisy. Also, the drapery doesn't fully cover the windows in any of the rooms in the entire house which makes it bright in the mornings.
It was great having 3 full bathrooms, but 2 of them were quite small. We had an issue with the drains and the host sent a repairman right over which was much appreciated.
Very convenient for use of public transport only a few stops from main Berlin sites.
Lots of shops and eateries in the area.
Would stay here again.

es war alles sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühl.t. Die Wohnung hat Charme erscheint aber baulich noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt. Der Putz blättert noch von den Wänden.
Das größte Problem war mit dem Auto an das Objekt heranzufahren um wenigstens aus- bzw. einladen zu können.
Wohl typisch für Berlin. Parken im Parkhaus um die Ecke war möglich. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit der U-Bahn passt.
