Nestled in Estero Island, this charming house for $229 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any and all places you choose to help us get back on our feet after IAN. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you. To see the area, PLEASE CHECK OUT the last picture which is a video from a drone. It will show you the location of the house, the street and the Gulf of Mexico. Please note: My places are NOT party houses. You cannot book this and then invite family and friends over to party by the pool. You will be asked to leave without a refund if this happens. It is not fair to the upper unit nor the toll on the unit. The pool/spa/lights all shut down at 10 p.m. due to the FMB noise ordinance. 1 Bedroom Ground level Suite with a full kitchen, brand new decor and furniture plus pool/spa. Dockside Dream is nestled on a quiet street, just three blocks from Time Square, you can enjoy canal views, fishing over off the dock or bring your own watercraft. No reason to get in your car after you arrive with restaurants/bars in less than a 1/3 mile walk. A king bedroom, and open concept kitchen/living area are yours to enjoy as well as outdoor dining on the screened lanai. There is a large heated pool with a spa on the canal. There is a sundeck in the pool for children which is only 9" of water. The spa is raised so sitting in it you look right down the canal to the bay. So beautiful at night looking at the lights of the bay. A short stroll to Estero Blvd. will take you to numerous restaurants and Beach Access #32 at Avenue E. Walk up the beach to the Times Square area and enjoy great local seafood, live entertainment and free sunsets every night. And your four-legged friend is welcome at the house as well as on a leash at the beach. Pet fee required. My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter. My husband and my fur babies totally enjoyed ourselves over Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect because it was a five minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also took the fur babies to Naples for the day and had lunch which was only a 30 minute drive and the next day we went to Captiva Island which was also a 30 minute drive and that was amazing. Fort Myers is definitely a dog friendly community. The house had everything we needed and everything was up to date and very, very, VERY clean inside and out. The back deck with the pool on the canal was breath taking. The best part was listening to live music on Sunday afternoon on the back porch of the house, that is how close the main strip is to the house. This is a FIVE STAR DOG FRIENDLY house. Please if you do come with your dogs please keep it clean because you will definitely want to come back!!

This lower level rental was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed for our family of four. The outdoor pool area was absolutely perfect! We also enjoyed sitting and eating in the screened in porch. Even though there were also tenants upstairs, it felt very private. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time. Debbie, the property manager was available at all times to answer questions and accommodate us. The place was furnished with everything we needed but if I’d make a recommendation, we needed more bath towels and beach towels. We had to launder a lot but fortunately, it was located right outside our door.

We rented both the upper and lower units. It worked perfectly for our family. My husband and I used the lower and our three boys and their girlfriends used the upper. The pool and hot tub are great. Beautiful setting on the channel. The kitchen in the upper is HUGE. The screened in porches on the back are a great option to stay shaded and still be outside. We had beautiful weather, but the screened porches would have great areas to hang out if it had rained. A very short walk to the beach and the wagon and beach chairs provided were great to have. The water pressure in the showers was strong, the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ordered groceries online and that worked well to have it delivered. We are very pleased with our stay.

Awesome location. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom. This is a duplex property but the folks we shared the outside space were super fun so it was fine. It’s enough space to share for sure. Great communication and location! Would definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our small family - 2 adults, 1 child. The unit is just as pictured, very clean, and the pool/dock were amazing. We also loved the location - very short walk to the beach and restaurants, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. You can also easily walk to time square, no need to rent a car, but we were glad to have a stroller. We appreciated all the little extras provided that allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and beach! The property managers were great and very accommodating - thanks for the great vacation!
