Messe Düsseldorf and Düsseldorf Airport can be reached just as quickly as Messe Essen and the respective inner cities of Düsseldorf and Duisburg. Particularly suitable for trade fair guests, business travelers and couples. We offer you a completely renovated and completely newly furnished, 55 square meter 2 room apartment on the ground floor of a 2-family house with its own terrace in an absolutely quiet residential area. Living room: Equipped with a cozy living area, table, wall unit and HD flat-screen TV with cable connection. Bedroom: The new double bed (180 x 200 cm) ensures a restful sleep thanks to adjustable slatted frames. Dimmable bedside lamps, a large sliding door cabinet with mirror and chest of drawers create a pleasant ambience. Kitchen: Fully furnished with everything that makes your stay with us even more pleasant: dishwasher, refrigerator, Jura coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove with oven, microwave, radio and much more. Bath: The also new daylight bathroom is small and cozy and spoils you with a walk-in rain shower. Hair dryer is available. In the stylish winter garden with a diner look or (NEW !!) You can end the day comfortably on your own terrace, regardless of the weather. Free of charge: WiFi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Linen change weekly for longer stays. Parking is available directly in front of the house. This was my first trip to Europe and the property was everything I expected it to be. Birgit was very communicative and friendly, the neighborhood is quiet which is what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Stimmt alles, einfach toll
Genau wie es alle geschrieben haben. Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung und kurze Wege (sogar mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür). Eigentlich gibts hier nix zu Bemängeln. Parkplatz auf der Straße, nette Vermieterin und das erste Frühstück war auch schon drinn! Ein super Ausgangsort um das Ruhrgebiet und mehr zu entdecken.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt, und wir freuten uns, unseren Nachnamen bereits auf dem Klingelschild der EG-Wohnung zu lesen.
Die große und komplett ausgestatte Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern.
Die liebevollen Details und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung rundeten das Bild ab.
Die ruhige Lage des Hauses und die gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV sind perfekt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und das Cafe´Bolten (sehr zu empfehlen!) sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Zusammenfassend kann man sagen:
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Vom Dorf ins Ruhrgebiet
Alles war toll organisiert. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Fragen im voraus wurden schnell und komplett beantwortet. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es immer das Angebot zur Information.
Die Fewo entsprach in allen Teilen der Beschreibung und wurde durch ein vorbereitetes erstes Frühstück abgerundet.
Unser Urlaubsziel, Rhein- und Ruhrtalradweg mal zu testen klappte super.

Sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Mit eigener Terrasse und Fahrradunterbringung. Ideal ist auch die Lage für schöne Fahrradtouren.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vor allem wirklich komplett eingerichtet - sogar das erste Frühstück stand schon bereit! Betten und Sofa waren bequem. Sie liegt nahe an der 6-Seen-Platte, wir waren innerhalb 5 Minuten im Grünen und an den Fahrradwegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, Busanbindung haben wir nicht genutzt, wäre aber fast vor der Haustür gewesen. Ideal für lauschige Abende: die Terrasse direkt vor der Wohnung. Sehr gut auch die Pizzeria Stella aus der Empfehlungsmappe der Gastgeber!

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne, sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alles notwendig für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter wohnen über der Wohnung und sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation funktioniert gut. Bei Fragen sind sie immer als Ansprechpartner da und schaffen Probleme schnell aus der Welt.
Rundum eine tolle Wohnung die nur weiter zu empfehlen ist.

Eine wunderschöne, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, man findet alles vor, was man für einen kürzeren oder auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sehr ruhig, mit guter Anbindung, allen erforderlichen Geschäften und der 6-Seen-Platte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da!

Wie zu Hause...
Geräumiges, ordentliches, sehr sauberes Apartment mit allem was man im Alltag braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Kaffeemaschine, schöner großer TV, gemütliche Couch, bequemes Bett und Kissen. Ruhig gelegen, mit schöner Terrasse. Sehr nette Familie, Schlüsselübergabe einfach und unproblematisch. Erstes Frühstück bereits vorhanden (Toast, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, Philadelphia und Kaffee).
Insgesamt ein sehr überzeugendes Apartment, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann und wieder buchen werde. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Schöne neue Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Dazu werden die Gäste mit vielen freundlichen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Lebensmitteln für ein 1. Frühstück, frischen Blumen und einer guten Grundausstattung für die Küche empfangen. Birgit und ihre Familie sind freundliche, aufmerksame Gastgeber, die dafür sorgen, dass es an nichts fehlt. Geschäfte, die S-Bahn und die 6 Seen-Platte sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Duisburg sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist perfekt engerichtet; alles ist liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen war es in der Erdgeschosswohnung angenehm kühl, so dass man nach den Ausflügen wunderbar entspannen konnte. Die Lage ist günstig, S-Bahn und Bus Anbindung, Bäcker, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Gastronomie, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die 6-Seen-Platte liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür und läd zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder auch zum Baden ein. Unsere Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen sympathisch und haben uns ganz toll empfangen! Wir haben uns einfach rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Wir haben das Appartement als Ferienwohnung gemietet - Urlaub im Ruhrpott? Aber ja! Fast direkt hinter dem Haus liegt das große Naherholungsgebiet von Duisburg, die 6-Seen-Platte. Man kann hervorragend Fahrradtouren vom Haus aus starten - oder man ist mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit im Bergischen Land, am Niederrhein, in Düsseldorf oder im Norden des Ruhrgebiets mit seiner interessanten Industriekultur.
Dazu wohnt man in einem vollständig eingerichteten, sauberen und modernen Appartement, in dem der Aufenthalt Spass macht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, und wir haben uns in den 5 Tagen, die wir da waren, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war rundum gelungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und man merkt es ihnen an, daß ihnen das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Wohnung ist spürbar mit viel Engagement und Herzblut bis ins Detail eingerichtet - ich habe absolut nichts vermißt - einfach top.
Ich habe schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen Zeit verbracht und kann nur sagen, ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder.
