About this bed and breakfast
Relaxing rooftop retreat in beautiful Civano neighborhood with tennis, pools, parks and bike trails. 462 sq ft casita with private 240 sq ft patio to enjoy morning coffee and mountain views. Located above a detached garage with own entrance and parking space. 1b/1b also includes a kitchenette and living room with sleeper sofa. Near golf, Tucson's famous 120 mile bicycle loop, shopping, Saguaro Nat'l Park, Colossal Cave & Sabino Canyon.
There is a full size refrigerator, oven/stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and microwave for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, basic utensils and coffee necessities. The casita is equipped with Wi-Fi. You will need a pool key to access the tennis courts, pools, and fenced in play area for tots. Pool key is available upon request. There is a keyless entry into the casita for convenience. There are fruit trees on the property which produce delicious fruit when in season (pomegranates, lemons, limes and oranges).

This was the second time I stayed and it was fantastic. Very quiet neighborhood. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The casita was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my trip.

Communication with hosts Scott & Kalei via Vrbo messaging went well; we got all check-in info and property info as needed. Property is exactly like shown in the pictures and all was perfectly comfortable with every needed item in kitchen and bath. After the first half of our day doing either hiking, biking, or shopping, the pool was refreshing. Breakfast by the fruit trees and fountain. Would love to use this place again when visiting Tucson area.

We loved our stay! Great communication, very clean. We enjoyed walking around the peaceful neighborhood and relaxing on the private porch! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend . We went to both Saguaro national park and Sabino Canyon.

This is our second stay this year at the cute one bedroom casita. Perfect place to stay when visiting family. Extremely clean, good A/C, perfect for two adults. Very close to Saguaro East. The owners are always on top of everything and willing to offer suggestions of things to do in Tucson. We will definitely be back!
