Otel hic resimlerde göründügü gibi degil. Kahvalti icin baska bir otele gidiliyor. Otelin icinde 2 tane cok kücük havuz var zaten 1 tanesi komple kapali. Rooftop havuz icin baska bir otele gidiliyor ona da havuz denmez zaten. Derinligi dize kadar bile gelmiyor, islanmak icin suya oturmak gerekiyor. Fiyatlar da cok pahali. Odanin icindeki yastiklar cok igrencti. Bu tatili genel olarak Holbox üzerine yorumlamak gerekiyor. Kesinlikle gittigime cok pisman oldum. Holbox tam bir boklu dere gibi. Sadece boşuna masraf ve zaman kaybı. Her yer inanilmaz kötü kokuyor. Denize girmek neredeyse imkansiz. Ben mikrop ve bakteri seviyorum diyorsaniz dogru yer orasi. Dogru düzgün yol bile yok, her yer bataklik, camur ve sineklerden yürünmüyor bile. Gittigim zaman dilimi en iyi sezon olarak geciyor. Tek pozitif olay Meksika halki cok iyi insanlar.

Frühstück am Strand im benachbarten Hotel
Unser Zimmer war insgesamt nicht sauber. Die Balkonstühle wurden scheinbar schon seit Jahren nicht gereinigt und das erste T-Shirt schon beim ersten Hinsetzen ruiniert(voller schwarzer Streifen). Der Boden im Zimmer bedürfte mal einer Grundreinigung, da voller Flecken. Im Badezimmer herrschte ein starker Uringeruch vor, der von uns auch mehrfach reklamiert wurde. Das Bad wurde nochmals gereinigt, aber der Geruch ist geblieben. Es wurde uns dann ein Lufterfrischer als Lösung präsentiert. Der Wasser im Pool wirkte auf uns sehr trüb. daher wurde der Pool von uns auch vorsichtshalber nicht genutzt.

In het rustige gedeelte van Holbox. 50m van het strand!
Zeer luidruchtig. Aan de kamer waren buitenunits van airco’s ofzo en het was non stop lawaai. Ook waren er enkele zeer luidruchtige gasten die tot 3u ‘s nachts praatte, feesten, muziek speelden,… jammer dat het personeel hier niets aan deed. Dit 3 nachten na elkaar. Daar ging onze nachtrust, hadden dan beter een hotel in het drukke centrum gekozen! Ontbijt vonden wij echt niet lekker…

Staff exceptional. They are definitely rock stars. Two stars Carlo and the head maid worked 35 hours straight to keep us safe.
We loved our stay and staff and room and hotel.
We just did the beach nearby every day. Amazing.
Breakfast at sister hotel is mediocre despite the kind staff. Make sure your eggs are fully cooked one of us got Salmonella poisoning there 100%.

Schöne, geräumige Zimmer mit großer Dusche, Klimaanlage, neuestem Fernseher mit Netflix, Spotify uvm. Der Pool im Garten ist recht kühl, aber eine willkommene Erfrischung und man hat ihn meist für sich alleine. Das Personal ist super freundlich, alles ist sauber. Man kann im Beachclub vom Hotel nebenan frühstücken, die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß, aber das servierte Essen ist frisch zubereitet und man kann beim aufmerksamen Personal auch jederzeit Wünsche äußern. WLAN funktioniert überall einwandfrei, es ist sehr angenehm ruhig, weil man recht weit außerhalb liegt, aber zu Fuß am Strand ist man in 15-20 Minuten im belebten Zentrum.
Die Anlage für die Klimaanlagen im Parterre ist recht laut, doch ich durfte umgehend mein Zimmer wechseln, damit war das Problem auch direkt behoben.

Si quieres tranquilidad, esta zona es la adecuada. Poca gente comparado con el sector céntrico. Debes saber que lo mejor es caminar y evitar el traslado en taxis.
No tiene que ver el hotel, pero es complicado llegar debido a las calles inundadas siendo muy larga la distancia del pueblo. Es una apuesta elegir esta zona (Punta Cocos). Ganas en tranquilidad pero se complica la transportación. Y el mar en este sector, por lo menos en esta época, está muy lleno de sargazos....

L'hôtel est très sympathique bien qu'un peu excentré du centre. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner bien qu'il soit servit directement à table (pas de buffet) était bon.

Eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen :) Schöne geräumige und saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Keine Minute zu Fuß zum Strand. Liegen am Strand, alles gut :)
In der Nähe war eine Baustelle, deshalb öfter Baulärm, Zimmer waren hellhörig und am Pool waren keine Sonnenschirme, weshalb man bereits ab morgens nicht mehr dort liegen konnte. Vielleicht können die noch besorgt werden :)

- schlechte Lage (abends keine Beleuchtung, so dass, insbesondere bei regen und großen Pfützen, ein Weg zu Fuß ins Zentrum unmöglich ist)
- sehr viele Moskitos
- Strand nicht schön, die wenigen Strand-Liegen, die es gibt sind dreckig und abgewohnt
- am Pool selbst gibt es maximal 3-5 Liegen (alle dreckig)
- keine Sonnenschirme
- unangenehmer Geruch im Hotelbereich
- Frühstück schlecht

L’habitació era àmplia i les dues piscines estan molt bé. Està a un pas de la platja, on es poden fer servir les tumbones de l’hotel que hi ha al costat.
Està lluny del centre i en època de pluges es pot fer complicat traslladar-se caminant o en bicicleta. La nostra habitació estava al costat d’un fangar abandonat i feia bastanta pudor. Cada dia a les 7 del matí s’engegava una espècie de motor que feia molt de soroll i t’impedia seguir dormint (diumenges inclosos). L’esmorzar és poc variat si t’hi estàs diversos dies.

Loved the location of the hotel. It was right on the beach and close to the bioluminescence lagoon. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again.
Whilst this wouldn't deter me from booking, coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice as well as some more drinking water.

Facilities were okay (big enough room and bathroom, swimming pool). Some staff were nice, specially the breakfast crew. Some of the front desk staff were accommodating. Discount at the restaurant at the hotel next door (remember to ask for it) and access to their private beach.
There were mice in the room and it smelled of their urine. Some staff, specifically one girl in the front desk with buzzed hair, were very unpleasant (the rest were nice). The pool had so much chlorine in it, our throats burned and bikinis got bleached. Swimming pool shower was out of service. Satellite tv didn’t work in room 6.

Amazing location, It is so peaceful there, you can really shut off and relax at the pool or beach.
You always see the friendly Lizards running around, it really gives you island jungle vibes, they don’t bite.
The rooms are beautiful, minimalistic, clean, very comfortable and spacious. There is also access to a gym to work out to start your beach day off right! You can walk 1 minute to the beautiful beach, but it takes you a 20 minute bike or Taxy ride to get to the city center. There are lots of places to eat & drink, markets for souvenirs and shops. We recommend take the bikes before dark and discover the city life or some of the rest of the island spots.
Breakfast takes some getting used to because you eat the same everyday but it is good, staff is very friendly, and you get unlimited coffee.

The beach is just couple of steps from the hotel which was very convenient.
We always had to wait for the receptionist. They were never on their place which was pretty annoying.
We hd to wait until they show up or call them, as well they weren't very friendly.

Soho Boutique is a tiny really confy place to stay. I would stay there again!
Distances:
You must take a TAXI from the ferry port to the accommodation, even more if you're carrying cases.
It's between Playa Cocos (Isle's west side) and the Isle's down town (on the east side) and it takes about 15 to 20 min by foot or 10 by bicycle to go to any of the option mentioned before. If you're not use to or you just don't like to walk this is not your option.
They rent bicycles at the hotel, just in case one day decided not to walk.
It's a quite relax area and the beach is just 2 min street from the hotel. The beach in this area is really beautiful and not crowded AT ALL.
The included breakfast is really good. I liked it. Eggs prepared in 5 different options to choose, fruit with yogurth and granola, tiny toast and tiny sweet bread as side dishes, coffe and fruity water are also incluided.
The accommodation looks just like in the pictures. My room looked like brand new and it was super tidy and the house-keeping service was done everyday, but you can request not to do so if you wish.
WiFi works really good. I had no problem AT ALL.
There's a tiny gym and Spa.
I liked this place a lot. There're no complains about it.
