Paco was very helpful. It was nice to have access to the équipements of the other hotels of the group. Nice hotel with different pools.
The location is a bit far away from the center and the beach’s near the hotel aren’t the best

- beautiful room
- quiet and peaceful
- soft bed, great shower
- not a lot of service (we asked for directions/help to get from the harbour to the hotel, answer: get a taxi)
- there was a beautiful huge tub in the room - but not enough hot water to fill it; that was a bummer

Facilities were okay (big enough room and bathroom, swimming pool). Some staff were nice, specially the breakfast crew. Some of the front desk staff were accommodating. Discount at the restaurant at the hotel next door (remember to ask for it) and access to their private beach.
There were mice in the room and it smelled of their urine. Some staff, specifically one girl in the front desk with buzzed hair, were very unpleasant (the rest were nice). The pool had so much chlorine in it, our throats burned and bikinis got bleached. Swimming pool shower was out of service. Satellite tv didn’t work in room 6.
