There is also an RV electrical hook-up on-site. Feel free to bring your own BBQ Grill. Before booking, ask for weekly and monthly rates. ** WALK to the Comal River, Texas Tubes, Schlitterbahn (voted Worlds Best Water park 11 years in a row), Landa Park & Golf Course, spring-fed pool, Wurstfest, Naeglin’s bakery (the oldest bakery in TX) as well as other downtown Restaurants, Bars and Shops. ** DRIVE 5 minutes to historic Gruene, Gruene Hall, Gristmill Restaurant, Mozie's and more. ** 20 minute drive to the infamous San Marcos Outlet Malls or Natural Bridge Caverns. ** Still want more to do? 35 minute drive to San Antonio and 50 minute drive to Austin for limitless activities. Need to sleep more people?: Combine with Owner's other nearby NB property just down the street. The 'retro' Cool on the Comal River Condo is completely renovated inside and out w/ 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace, and private 300’ Comal Riverfront park above The Tube Chute for the 2nd longest toob ride on the Comal River. Please note that only renters of the condo (not the house) can use the private riverfront park area. The condo waterfront is STRICTLY monitored! Texas Tubes and Landa River Trips are located between The Market Street House and the Cool on the Comal River condo.

This home has plenty of room for a larger group and is very well equipped. Our group of 8 people were very comfortable. The location is extremely close to float the Comal and the main strip for restaurants and bars. Parking is easy as the home has a large area in the backyard for a few vehicles. The owner was very responsive and the information given as the arrival date got closer was very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated my best friend's 50th birthday and it was perfect. Great location to drop in the river and walk to restaurants. Plenty of room for 10. Everything you need for your stay. I would definitely rent it again.

We absolutely loved this charming home. The décor, the location and all it had to offer , we did not want to leave. We walked less then a block to float the river, 5 minute walk to "down town" which has more then you can imagine for offerings, I spent hours on the front porch swing. We went to HEB and purchased all the snacks, lunch , breakfast and drinks needed so we saved a bit eating at "home". We traveled from Seattle so it was nice to have shampoo/conditioner provided. (we only brought carry ons, no checked luggage for liquids over 3oz). Our stay just wasn't long enough. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful home.

We stayed at this property for two months while we learned the "lay of the land" and found our new home. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen if you choose to eat in. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of downtown. We really enjoyed our stay

Great house for a family (we have 5 kids). Cute older home with nice front porch and is updated and very clean. Plenty of parking and kitchen fully stocked. Beds firm/hard but very clean and linens are nice and comfortable. Close to the water park (3 min drive) and tubing (Comal River and Texas Tubes are 1 block behind the house). Sharon was very responsive when we booked and with any questions. The train and a/c were loud at times but we were thankful for the cold air during the hot summer and the location is close to everything. Would stay with one of Sharon's properties again. Thank you!

Excellent location!

Absolutely great home in a great location. We were able to walk to the main street area easily, and seeing deer along the way was so much fun. Parking in front of the house wasn't needed, as we were able to pull behind the house and park there. The ramp to the back door made pulling our luggage or cooler up easy as can be. You can hear the busses for the river drop offs drive by frequently, but it's not disruptive despite the busy-ness. I would recommend this home to anyone!

If you plan on floating the Comal river, the location of this house is unmatched. Literally a 2 minute walk to one of the main tube rental places in the area. The house was very well kept, clean, and the host was very responsive. Also very close to the quaint downtown area. Highly recommend!

This is a great place! It’s super close and convenient to the Comal. We had 9 one night and 10 the next and it worked out just fine. All the main necessities were provided. Communication was great and I’d highly recommend this place!

This house really ticked all the boxes of a place you want to rent for a weekend away with friends. Very clean, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a spacious and private back patio, and located right in the heart of New Braunfels, this house couldn't have worked out better for our group of 8 adults. The host was always quick to respond and provided answers to any questions we had. I would recommend this to similar groups of 6-8.

The property was amazing! Awesome location, it was a 15 minute walk to Schlitterbahn and 1 minute walk from tubing locations. The house was clean, comfortable! Sharon was an excellent in communicating throughout the process. We will rent again!

It was the perfect location for everything we wanted! We went to Conways for my grad party and came back and had the greatest time with all my friends. The next day we woke up and went to float and we only walked for a minute and immediately got in, I couldn’t have been more happy☺️ This house fit us perfectly and the kitchen was very open and easy to cook for everyone in. I would love to come back to this house! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

My family and I stayed here for the week and I can’t say enough good things about it. There were 11 of us and we slept very comfortably. It is Conveniently located across from Chuck’s tubes, so you can catch the shuttle right back to chucks and just cross the street to your house. I can’t wait to book my next stay! I definitely recommend this house!

The pictures do not do the house justice. This house is spacious, beautiful and has parking in the back! It’s an easy walk to tube and a safe area! We loved our stay and will for sure look for this house the next time I stay in NB! You will not regret staying here ❤️
