離車站很近，汽車機車都有可以停車的地方。
一樓有飲水機跟冰箱。
入住說明用手機簡訊傳送，很詳細，從來沒遇過員工也不會有障礙，適合社恐內向的人。
三樓雙人房夠寬敞，冷氣在床側邊，不過不會有冷風灌頂感。有很多顆抱枕，枕頭本身很澎很結實，躺抱枕的高度比較剛好。
特別喜歡晾衣桿和附的很多衣架，金屬質感很好，也沒有卡死在衣桿上。
盆栽和擴香造景很舒服。
一樓確實有淡淡狗味，介意者慎入。

洗澡水量夠大也夠熱，可以舒服的洗澡
洗澡水會流出來在馬桶附近，上廁所都會把鞋子弄濕。
屋主有養一隻狗狗，關在籠子裏面，去的當天剛好發佈地震消息，狗狗一直發抖一直發抖好可憐

要自己拆床套、被套、枕頭套
