Upstairs is comprised of open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with tv & air conditioner / heater (split system). The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table seats six. Open up the doors and step out onto a new deck with Bbq and outdoor setting and zip down plastic walls to enclose the area on a windy day. The 3 bedrooms and family bathroom are on this level.
Downstairs is an open living area with bar, small tv, day bed and convenient second bathroom leading off the laundry which includes a washing machine and dryer. Open up the sliding doors to another deck and spacious backyard.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

We had an excellent stay, house was neat and tidy and beautifully furnished. Spacious rooms and living areas, had everything we needed. Neighbourhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this holiday home!

Renting this place was an easy experience. Agent was very quick to respond and home owner was accommodating. Price was reasonable and the house was cozy enough for a small family. We will definitely come back again.
