About this house rental
Providing plenty of space, this home offers two levels of living. Downstairs youโll find a spacious lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player/iPod dock with Bluetooth, split system, and doors opening to an outdoor deck with seating. This level has three comfortable bedrooms serviced by the main bathroom with shower and full sized bath, plus a separate toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs features a light filled second open plan lounge, also with a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player/iPod dock with Bluetooth, and a Jotul wood fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter nights. Floor to ceiling windows and doors open onto the impressive outdoor deck, ideal for alfresco dining with the outdoor setting, BBQ and sea views. The large dining area offers plenty of seating alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a Smeg coffee machine that uses Lavazza coffee pods and four pods are provided for each booking. You will also find the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, as well as a split system and powder room.

The house was great and suited all our needs. The owners kindly offered an early check in and late check out which was perfect for us as we all needed to travel to and from different parts of Victoria. The views were lovely and it was well set up, with plenty of kitchen equipment, crockery etc. The beds were comfortable.

Pros:
Location - close to Maze N things, beach, high way etc.
Cleanliness - bathrooms, laundry and rooms are clean
Nice Balcony
Good Neighbourhood
Large backyard
Cons:
Room sizes in the ground floor are pretty small, images are deceiving
Had issues with Hot Water in the evening - booster didn't work - had faced difficulty when kids wants to take a shower.
Emergency contact numbers not working
BBQ grill is pretty old, having corrosion
No WIFI - asked the guest to use mobile hot spots and its not practical when there's lack of mobile signals
Drive way to the garage is very Narrow - SUV's be careful

On the Island for the History Motor Racing and the property was ideal for our needs. Had a few friends over fir dinner in Saturday evening and the housecis excellent for entertaining in a lovely environment

Everything you need just meters from a beautiful beach. We were 2 families and the space worked perfectly for us and the kids. Huge back yard and plenty to do. I would highly recommend.
