Holiday Inn & Suites - Toledo Southwest - Perrysburg by IHG

Clean & good staffing at front desk and services. Good services, no?

We booked for a room with one king size bed. We were given a room with two queen size beds. Our choice was the one king size, but we were tricked by a standard, which could go either way. This was unacceptable and displeasing for the amount of money that we spent. The breakfast also was disappointing after paying ten dollars for each day.The expectation was to have a better meal for breakfast.Every item was not cooked to a satisfactory condition, the taste was not acceptable.And the texture was disappointing of all foods. Also most important, the information provided by booking.com was misleading because it told us that it was two miles from the place we were having activities. The truth was, it was over twelve miles away, misleading us and causing us to drive further to our events.

Our Front Desk employees Matt & Charlene (?!) were EXTREMELY HELPFUL in helping us find a local restaurant, answering our questions on Breakfast Buffet, and overall layout of hotel! Our room was clean & everything was very well taken care of. Loved the blinds-easy to function, bathroom was super clean. Bed was comfortable! LOVED the $10. breakfast for 2. Bacon was delicious, eggs were fresh & so were the fruit options. Our Server was cheerful, attentive & helpful!

Not a fan of the self-closing bathroom door. Couldn't let the "steam" out after taking a shower. Got a little warm in there for putting on make up.

The breakfast was amazing and the property was very clean.

Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. The people in the restaurant were most attentive.

When we arrived the person at the desk was not helpful at all. She didn’t tell us where anything was located or the facilities that were available etc. She seemed bothered that we were checking in. On checking out a different person was on the desk and was not helpful either. Would not recommend this hotel. Hallways had dust along the walls. Really not worth the money.
