Nestled in Templeton, this charming house for $201 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Entertain in the picturesque private backyard equipped with ample comfy seating, BBQ area, cozying up in the evening by the gas fireplace. Inside, standouts include an open floor plan and a twin-vanity bathroom. Master has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have full-sized beds. Laundry on-site. Home is remodeled from top to bottom and everything is fresh and new! All of home and private backyard with Firepit and BBQ area For convenience to my guests, the home is self check-in and guests can arrive at their leisure. I am always just a quick text or phone call away. Templeton is a quaint and quiet town reminiscent of times past, located at the midpoint between San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. Each town offers a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, and bars just a short drive away, with local wineries even closer. Please keep in mind that central coast wines have a tendency to be high in alcohol content. It is highly recommended that you ensure you have a designated driver or make use of the following services: - Uber/Lyft - Paso Robles has an abundance of drivers available, so be sure to download the apps to make use of their services. - Destination Drivers - where a driver takes you out in your own car. - Uncorked Wine Tours - our personal favorite wine tour company. - Hop On Beer Tours - for a customizable tour that includes beer, wine, or distilleries.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was fabulous. The backyard was nice, too. We had our dog with us, so the fenced yard was really great. We had such an awesome time. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit and stay here again.

We decided to head up to Paso for a little getaway (Oct 2022). It was myself, my hubby, my Dad, Step Mom & our 2 huskies! The home is as pictured, had tons of amenities. We cooked most days & the kitchen had everything we needed. Pauline was a great help on a couple of suggestions like nearby wineries we might like to check out & a pizza place called Griff's since we wanted to make the day, we arrived easy on dinner. Griff's gets 2 thumbs up. The back yard has 3 different ways to enter from the house. The master bedroom being one of them made it really easy for us to let the dogs out in the middle of the night to potty. The yard is fully fenced in with no escape routes...as if you know huskies.... they can be escape artists. Both inside the home & the yard were cozy, inviting & beautiful. I will be marking this as one of my favorites & going back. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star for cleanliness was the back furniture was a bit dirty & needed to be wiped down before use but after our stay I realized many people probably just used the fire pit during this time of year & ate inside as we did because it cools down in the evening. I am sure during warmer month it is all tip top clean like the rest of the home. Pauline was on top of any & all questions thru VRBO messaging & text. One of the best owner/mangers I have dealt with. I can not wait to go back.

My husband, pup, and I truly enjoyed our stay in Templeton. The home was great and the backyard was fabulous. We had our pup with us, and he loved the grass in the back. We greatly appreciated the yard was fully fenced and well lit. Plenty of counter top for prep, but it is a little tight around the island. This home would work well for for one or two couples, especially those looking to visit 46 West wineries. Niner was maybe 8 minutes away.

We unfortunately had to cancel a week before we were scheduled to check in, so we are unable to rate a stay at this beautiful property. This experience taught us a very expensive lesson - to always purchase the cancellation insurance when making reservations. Unexpected emergencies happen and if you need to cancel you are left at the mercy of the property owner. We should have purchased the cancellation insurance.

We were so very impressed. The outdoor space was epic with the fire pit and we used it several times a day. The inside was very clean, and well laid out. Tons of space for 5 ladies with lots of luggage.

My 5 friends and I enjoyed our stay at this house. The host was super quick to get back to me although I didn’t have many questions. Awesome backyard with nice table, fire pit and hot tub.The house was nice and appears to be lived in when house is not rented out but that didn’t bother us. It had all the necessary dishes and pots/pans etc! There were three bedrooms. One had a king, the other a pull-out and the third had a full sized bed. The couch was a comfy place to sleep as well. Neighborhood is super quiet and 5 mins from closest winery. Trader Joe’s and other stores were all within a few minutes. We loved having access to washer/dryer as well. Bathrooms were nice as well. We had a great time!

Perfect birthday weekend!

I stayed here with friends for a birthday weekend trip and it was perfect! She offered us an early check in also since the house was ready which was very nice. Kitchen is great for cooking in if you don’t want to go out for every meal. Great location too!
