This gorgeous hacienda features privacy within a gated courtyard with outdoor dining, large built-in BBQ, as well as a charcoal smoker grill, fountains, and beautiful surroundings, as well as a private courtyard with fire pit for the separate guest house. You will feel welcomed into the good life as soon as you arrive! Featuring both Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, this pet-friendly home provides hacienda-style comfort for everyone. Full kitchen and open floor plan including dining area and living room, enjoy the expansive layout. The master suite provides a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom for maximum guest privacy along with a private entrance to the patio. Two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa complete the sleeping arrangements for eight in the main house. TV in living room and a TV in each bedroom, as well! The casita also features an open floor plan encompassing the living and dining areas, right off the kitchen. Just steps from the main house, this individual residence has its own private courtyard with fire pit, full kitchen, and king bedroom. Hallway bathroom with shower is available just outside the bedroom with easy access. Blackout curtains complete the picture for an exceptional king bedroom. There is an additional sleeper futon in the living room. Quality furnishings and linens are provided for guest comfort in both the main and guest houses, offering all you need for a fun and comfortable home base for wine tasting or a trip to the coast. Easy access from the highway, wineries within minutes, and inviting courtyards with outdoor dining and plenty of sun or shade. It will be tough to decide whether to laze in the luxurious beds, head out for a day of wine tasting, or relax in the inviting courtyards. Why not try all three and enjoy every minute! The cleaning crew does a great job--it was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've been in. The only complaint is the a/c/heating units in the casita are way too loud to use during the night. Nice neighborhood. The whole property is beautiful and well taken care of.

Thank you so much Casita Tranquila for making our stay so peaceful while we played the Whale Rock Wine Down tournament at Castoro Cellars. We'll definitely be back and next time we'll bring food to BBQ and cook! La Casita is perfect for a weekend getaway and we loved being welcomed by the computer screen wall. Fancy and peaceful place!

We LOVE the Casita. It is so quiet yet convenient to Paso. You've got to go to the Kitchenette in Templeton for breakfast or brunch. The kitchen is small but efficient. Instead of the small chair in the living room I wish it was a small recliner for the times we come back from wine tasting. Be sure and visit the olive oil and mustard shop in Tin City. Be prepared to spend at least a half day at the War Bird museum. Take some food and picnic there if the weather is nice. There is also a classic car exhibit. That place is humbling. You will be very close to Paso in one direction, Atascadero in the other and Avila Beach in another direction. Trader Joe's is not far away. There is plenty to do then come home to solitude. Have a glass of wine and prop up those feet! The comforter on that bed is so welcoming at night. Word of caution - have some shower shoes. The floor is slippery. Can't comment on the courtyard. Seems every time we are there the weather turns cold and windy. EVERYTIME! LOL.

We very much loved our stay at Casita Tranquila! The place is very cute and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The courtyard is great to come back to and enjoy at the end of the day. Very private location but very good access to the freeway for getting around. The rental company that oversees the property is great. The communication from agreement to check-in to check-out is very professional. We would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay hear again.
