The Gate Lodge was a very quaint and beautifully clean little lodge. Perfectly adequate for our brief stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lovely & cosy. Loved the decor & overall look of the property. Spotlessly clean! Comfy bed. Beautiful views. Was so kind of the host to hand deliver some fresh milk & buns on arrival. Very handy to Ballyness resort where we were attending a wedding.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Gate lodge. The accommodation was as described and immaculate.
It is set in beautiful countryside, and a short distance from Dungiven. John's an excellent host too as he called and left us milk and pastries, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the early check out. Which didn't ruin our stay. As we would love to stay here again!

Unusual style building.
Looks like new flooring and decoration throughout.
Liked biscuits and muffins in fridge
Very clean
We could not get the heat to come on
And could not get any WiFi.
Glad only staying one night .
Felt abit closed in as basically only a bedroom and a bathroom.
We did not realise thete was nothing to cook anything on as we had eggs with us to cook for breakfast .
Only one sofa type chair to sit on
