Great, well equipped apartment with sea views and a large pool. Close to the seafront with private parking. Vard’s communication was excellent.

The apartment was clean and well located for both central Benalmádena and the beach. Being on the 6th floor, there was a lovely view over the town and towards the sea. The terrace was spacious, and having air conditioning in every room was a big plus.
The host was very friendly and helpful and always responded very quickly whenever we contacted them.
Unfortunately, the large terrace had no real opportunity to sit in the sun. The outdoor air-conditioning unit was located on the terrace and produced a lot of noise and very hot air whenever the apartment was being cooled. Combined with constant traffic noise from the busy road below, it made the terrace much less relaxing than expected. One indoor air-conditioning unit was also very noisy at night and disturbed my sleep many times
We really missed having a shopping trolley, especially because of the hills in Benalmádena. The pool area could also have been better supervised regarding pool rules and hygiene - we saw several womens were swimming in the pool wearing burkinis.
For me, the lack of peace and disturbed sleep became a significant problem, as stress aggravates my health problems and pain. Unfortunately, my condition gradually worsened, and we ended up returning home several days earlier than our planned 11–12 day stay.
