Friendly staff. Big room , excellent breakfast
Everything was excellent. Only one problem. The shower was slippery and my friend fell in the shower. We had to put a towel on the floor of the shower

The staff was friendly and helpful
The room did not have a kettle or coffee - No Iron and no Ironing table - The Security was very poor 24/7 access to the levels from the car park to rooms lobbies areas. Lifts from Car Park to levels are not secure I accidently use my access card that I use in Melbourne and the door open, and the Slot turn the lights on with same Australian Access Card. I will not recommend this Hotel to Foreign Tourist Specially from Australia as is not Safe. The Car Park Gate you have to get off the car to call Reception and is extremely risky to get robed specially in Chile. I have stayed at ANKARA and Pullman Hotels in many occasions and the Hotels are extremely secure and SAFE.
