Nestled in New Braunfels, this attractive condo for $238 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Inverness 115 is a first-floor unit in the second building of the elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: Queen 2nd Bedroom: Queen Livingroom: 1 person to sleep on oversized couch and 1 to sleep on twin cot. Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool. -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

The property was perfect and right on the river with its own access to the Comal. We enjoyed being super close to the water park as well! My daughter left her blanket and the team was able to find it and send it back. We’re very thankful for the helpful staff. See you next year!

The condo is really nice but it is not for 6 people, the lady from river city conffirmed that it was for 6 but it doesnt have a sofa bed on the living room, she says the coach counts for 1 person, and what about the other one? So it is really for 4 peoole not 6. Othe than that everhing was great.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. Convenient to restaurants. Relaxing and we loved the pool, people and yard was plenty shaded for BBQ time. Just wish more toilet paper and paper towels were available. We also were looking for clorox wipes for cleaning counters and table after meals.

We were told the condo sleep's 6, it does not. two beds and one inflatable mattress that leaked. one kid slept on a not so clean floor, other on sofa. there is NO fold out. Parking is terrible, one small assigned space that even small vehicles have trouble with due to concrete poles everywhere. Very narrow spaces. the second space you are given is not enough by 2/3 and they tell you to park at the convention center downtown with no security. The security guard had to be forced to call to have vehicles towed that had no parking passes.Additionally after waiting in the parking lot for 1 1/2 hrs we saw a security pull her car out and give the space to someone she was apparently saving it for. We wasted 3 hours trying to get a space and had an altercation over a parking space we waited on. Calls to property management were useless. Through no fault of the property water was out for most of a day but they didn't seem bothered and didn't bother to notify tenants. Security is only there noon-midnight.

This unit is very well maintained and has been updated with a beautiful kitchen and modern appliances. The bathrooms are modern and clean as well. It has an adequate living and dining area. It features two bedrooms with comfortable beds. It is in a great location across the street from the Schlitterbahn and a short walk to downtown. Our stay this year was short due to covid-19 but we would stay in this unit again.

This was our 1st trip to float the Guad and Comal. Perfect location! Jump right into the Comal. Short walk to/from start/end of Comal River. And short drive to the Guad! Lovely Condo with everything you need. Glad it had a washer/dryer. Very Clean! Great Staff...had an issue with the wifi (need refreshed) and one of the smoke detectors (low battery and beeping nonstop), but they fixed both very quickly. We had a great time and would love to come back here! Definitely Recommend. A+

The actual rental was nice and just what you need for a group of 4 or two couples. My only issue was with River City --we got about 3/4 emails regarding the rental and all of them had different information but weren't that clear on the parking situation. Also, we were given a code to access the rental and when we all went up there (after check-in) with hands full of groceries the code did not work. We had to sit outside and call the office to get a new code.

Great Condo
Awesome property and will definitely stay again. It was Clean, well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies along with a coffee pot. located right on the Comal River and a nice pool. Centrally located to plenty of food and stores and right across the street from Schlitterbaun. Complex was quite and it has an elevator if your on one of the upper floors.

It was wonderful with rangers to help us out safely of the river. The experience was very good, except there were loud parties outside of our unit - Friday night till 430 AM and Saturday till after midnight. could not get back to sleep. Where were the security guards? Do you not have guidelines about parties? Also, deck furniture missing because people take downstairs to pool and area by the river so our group - all staying there -could not use tables for our get-together. I mentioned to security and they shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. We spend thousands of dollars to be there and it is our significant family get-together. Office staff very helpful about tubes and tube returns. Very professional. The property unit was great! Again, the parties were awful and a huge distraction to our being able to rest on our expensive vacation!! We did not sign up for that!! I would recommend the place except for the parties...and people were noisy in the halls after 10 pm. Thanks anyway...

The location of the condo was great. The Comal River was on the back side, and Schiltterbahn Water Park directly across the street on the other side. 6 FREE tubes were included with condo rental.The tube drop was within walking distance, with Ducky's Italian Ice along the way for when you needed a refreshment. There are several exits for the tubes, including one at the condo. The condo included 2 hot tubs, a swimming pool,and a large deck overlooking the river. Unit 115 included a small deck with partial view of the river, 2 televisions with cable,washer/ dryer, 2 full bath, full kitchen with dishwasher and there was a large dining table. The photos made the inside of the condo appear much larger than it actually was. It was also not as clean as you would expect, especially when paying a $90.00 cleaning fee. During our stay, we lost a cell phone, and while looking for it turned the condo upside down. There was food and personal items in the cushions, food under the furniture, large dust bunnies under the bed, alot of crumbs in the silverware drawer. A dirty rug left on top of the washer dryer, an old towel could be seen tucked behind the washer (out of reach). Seems they only do a quick surface cleaning. I expect more since i am actually paying a separate fee for cleaning. The tile shower in one bath was in need of repairs. Both bath included an odd floor tile patch where they must have replaced the vanity sinks. The concrete steps from the parking garage were hazardous, with different width and height up to the main steel staircase. I tripped up the uneven steps and badly bruised my foot. Cannot believe the steps meet any type of code. Overall it was not a bad place if they had actually cleaned the unit.
