Location Design Cleaness Size of the place Two ACs The way the apartament was equiped in everything you need Amazing view from the balcony Contact with the host

I really loved the location and would not change it but if you are a freak of always having open window at night you may find it slightly tricky due to a lively wine bar nearby (awesome place). I had mine close and could not hear a sound thought.

Lovely apartment with a spectacular view!

Perfect located at centre of Cala Gonone and few minutes from the beach. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with all the comforts and breathtaking views of the sea and the mountain! Easy check in and check out and staff quickly responsive and always available.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need

A truly lovely apartment to stay in. Beautiful views and everything you need including beach mats, umbrellas and a cool bag. The host is very detailed and responsive. Couldn't have loved this apartment more.

My only concern was that I didn't book it for longer

The apartment itself is nice and well equipped. Location is a minute away from the beach. . It is a great starting point for trips in Orosei area LThere is a church right next to building, so be prepared for the bells early morning, lunch and evening. Be sure to bring earplugs. . I was off the season, so the town was a ghost, restaurants, bakery, completely everything closed. There are few smaller grocery shops in the town with a limited choice.

The recycling guidance from the owner is really bad. There are no containers next to the house. I've been told to bring the garbage to some location, but there were no containers. I cooked, so the garbage got pretty smelly. After multiple questions t he owner suggested to bring the bags downstairs and leavw next to the entrance door, and that someone will pick it up. . The garbage was there for few more days. I was staying for 10 days and as you can imagine it is pretty problematic to store garbage for such a long time. Also, I've prolonged my stay, and prices for both stays included the cleaning services. We agreed that someone will come to clean at the end of my first part of the stay. However noone showed up. The apartment is nice, but the garbage and no cleaning spoiled last half of the stay.

Excellent location and great apartment! Highly recommend this place if you want to visit Cala Gonone. Margharita was lovely and the apartment was in impecable conditions and clean. You have an amazing view that makes your day start great! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

I would suggest to include trash cans for each different type of trash to make it easier to recycle properly since that is a established rule in Sardignia.

Exceptional

A beautiful apartment which exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, just 2 minute walk to the beach, with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. The apartment its self is spacious, modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Check in and check out were easy and flexible with forward planning. Magarita, the apartment owner, was always helpful, polite and friendly in our communication

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

Well-equipped, very neat apartment at the heart of Cala Gonone.

The Apartment is well-equipped and very modern. The bathroom is very big and also quite new. It was very nice to sit at the balcony every evening where you can enjoy a wonderful view and the buzzling street underneath. The owner is very uncomplicated and very helpful.

Magarita is very friendly! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and more. The balcony has an amazing sea view! Definitely recommend it

Perfect base for exploring the area

Everything! This apartment is brand new and so well equipped with appliances and pantry staples. We actually preferred to stay in and have dinner at home, getting take away from the amazing pizza place downstairs. It's probably the best apartment we have rented in terms of what it contained. We loved the cook books, chrome cast and clothes airer. All really handy touches. This really is the perfect base for two people to explore the region, plenty of parking in the area. We would absolutely stay again, and was so sad to leave

We would have liked an additional pillow each, we had to use the couch cushions, a proper duvet for the bed as it was too warm without the air conditioning, but one of us got cold with it. Also the corridor lights outside the apartment are not able to be turned on outside the door, so leaving in the evening is pitch black until you reach the lifts. That was it really, it was so great otherwise
