Great location and well equipped. Very spacious and secluded yet secure. Staff were really responsive and helpful, let us leave our luggage.

Property was spacious and situated in a wonderful area with great restaurants and bars outside the doors.
The upstairs bedroom could do with some sort of bannister on the stairs for those who could be a little unsteady descending.

It was in a great location central to Catania. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent with a range of offerings. There were restaurants just outside which were very nice

The location of this places is great. We had the Nerello – Suite and it is two floors and quite big. Downstairs includes a kitchen and upstairs bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. Weather was not that great when we were there so we did not get to use it.
Check in was very brief and we did not get details like wifi password. There did not seem to be any cleaning and change of towels - but we did get new towels when we asked for it. There seems to be a restaurant, jazz club on the ground floor so it was very noisy when trying to sleep at night. We only got one key which is not very practical when you are two guests exploring the town. There was a small safe but no key and this was not attached to anything.
