The location was great. The view north from the house across Mud Bay to Mt. Constitution on Orcas Island 16 miles away was serene and spectacular. The quality of interior finishes was lovely.
The electrical circuit serving the master bedroom wouldn't stay on.
The screen doors were light weight and because of this, were damaged a little.
Some instructions for appliances would have been helpful.
Instructions for the television would have been helpful. We couldn't figure out if it was possible to receive local network stations.
Providing some kindling and a better place for firewood inside would be helpful.

Waterfront with easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds. Bathroom for each bedroom. Great Wi-Fi
No outside shade. Windows on side of house that get direct sun do not have blinds. Bay gets smelly on a hot day. Cleanliness was just ok.

The Mud Bay house was wonderful! It was clean and warm upon arrival (in January!). It has a great, quiet south-end location that is central to all of the destinations. We went to Watmough Bay, Agate Beach, Lopez Hill hike, Shark Reef Sanctuary, Odlin County Park, Spencer Spit State Park just to name a few. When we were "home" we enjoyed watching the wildlife in Mud Bay and having fires in the fireplace. Kitchen is fully stocked for making meals and fridge/freezer have plenty of space. The property manager was in text communication with me, which I appreciated. Everything was amazing, thank you!
