Communication with the owner was excellent: clear, concise, and, most importantly, timely. Most responses came within minutes, which made traveling much less stressful.
The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and lovely. There were four of us staying for four nights, and we had more than enough space. Having two fully functional bathrooms was also a huge benefit.
The location is very convenient. Although Diocletian’s Palace is about a 10-minute walk away, the walk is pleasant and feels much shorter. The neighborhood also has several excellent restaurants. We had a lovely dinner at Anona. There are also hotels nearby where you can enjoy a nice breakfast before heading out for the day.
Although we didn’t visit Bačvice Beach, it is literally a three-minute walk down the stairs, making this apartment especially convenient for anyone who enjoys spending time at the beach.
Lastly, the air conditioning worked wonderfully...we were there in late August when every day was 88+ and what felt like 100% humidity. We nicknamed the apartment Antarctic Dream.
There were no real issues with this apartment. We had a great time.

It was a great location, close to the beach which had a nice "Beach Bar" for early morning coffee. You feel really safe walking around the streets and it was a nice walk down the beach walkway.
It was a little noisy due to the street that runs between the buildings, but much better with the windows closed.

A perfect setup for a perfect holiday. We wish we could have stayed there longer. The hosts were outstanding.

Well within a reasonable walking distance to most tourist places and not far from a beach. There was ample space in the apartment and we had the amenities we needed. The air conditioning worked well, the apartment was clean and it was in a decent neighborhood.
The parking was difficult, once we got in the space, we decided it was too much trouble so we didn't use our car while there. The water heaters ran out of hot water quickly. On Friday night, we could hear the music from nearby clubs while windows were closed. There was a really strong floral aroma throughout the apartment that did not diminish over our stay.
