Great apartment in good location to the beach, once you shut the doors no noise.

Well located to the beach, good for walking to old town, slight hill to go back to the apartment from old town. Good supermarket and fish market if you want to cook. The host had supplies to assist with cooking. Good air conditioning as it was quite warm during our stay.

The Adriatic Dream was is a good location for the price and had what we needed.

Well within a reasonable walking distance to most tourist places and not far from a beach. There was ample space in the apartment and we had the amenities we needed. The air conditioning worked well, the apartment was clean and it was in a decent neighborhood.

The parking was difficult, once we got in the space, we decided it was too much trouble so we didn't use our car while there. The water heaters ran out of hot water quickly. On Friday night, we could hear the music from nearby clubs while windows were closed. There was a really strong floral aroma throughout the apartment that did not diminish over our stay.

Very spacious and super clean. Easy walk from Ferry and close to Bacvice Beach

Location was great, close to ferry and beach. Having 2 good sized bathrooms was very handy. The washing machine was a bonus! Huge tv with Netflix was great! Having 3 aircons was very appreciated in the hot summer. Welcome water and juice was a nice touch. Handy having some amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place!

Hassle-free and comfortable apartment very close to split Old city with parking and elevator access

10/10 Location location location - especially if you need car parking and elevator for older people. 10/10 communication by the host 10/10 accuracy of pictures to reality of the apartment 10/10 amenities inside the apartment for a very comfortable stay

Exceptional

Great place. Spacious, clean, updated place with great views. The host was very friendly and responsive. Great location, close to everything. No need for a taxi or a car, everything is within walking distance. We will be coming back here for sure.

Perfection

We rented the condo for one week and it exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully designed and very well maintained. It is also perfectly located adjacent to Bacvice Beach and also within walking distance to Old Town and many sites. Ivan was an exceptional host who provided us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Split. We have rented many places during our travels and this is the first time that a host ensured that even the little comforts were provided such as ice cream and fruit upon arrival. Ivan is truly an exceptional host.

Amazing apartment and great host!

The apartment is lovely. Very spacious, clean, had everything that we needed, and was in a great location. 2 minute walk to the beach and very close to the town too. Ivan was a fantastic host and greeted us at the apartment and was very helpful with questions about Split. Would definitely return and will highly recommend :)

Perfect apartment and location.

Ideal location, close to beach and old town. Apartment perfect, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Everything provided. Ivan was fantastic also. Would not hesitate in recommending, and can’t wait to go back!

Great flat with sea views , between beaches and the center

Flat is amazing , very spacious with stunning sea view and just between the beaches and a nice lovely walk to the center . Great host , he kindly waited for us - safe Parking for the car

mattresses, especially those in the bigger room, were too soft for our taste

Nothing really. Two minor details: the hair dryer plug did not fit the socket and the pillows were too thick for our taste.

Superb stay! First class host! Five star!

Ivan is amazing host, so welcoming, he came to greet us on arrival outside of the building! Location was great, close to everything, flat was exceptionally clean, with plenty of clean towels, bedrooms were good size with very comfortable beds, gorgeous sea view in one of them and big sunny terrace in the living room. Whatever we needed Ivan was here to help. We had a great stay and I would definitely return if ever in Split.
