**Full refund offered for cancellations due to covid travel restriction** Centrally located bach within 5 mins walk to beach, shops, estuary/playground and tennis courts. Quiet, ROW property with carport and utitility that includes extra toilet and shower. Great open plan kitchen, dining room and living area for families and entertaining. Bi-fold doors open out to a lovely private courtyard with picnic table and beautiful tropical gardens, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach. 2 bedrooms also have ranch slider access to courtyard. Flat screen TV in lounge with freeview dish (BYO mysky card for sky channels), addition freeview TV in kids room that also takes Skycard. Stereo and DVD player. Books, toys and board games for the kids also available. Fully fenced with parking for around 4 cars. Special conditions: No Smoking No pets Families preferred Available 4 pm check-in, 11am check out Bond required: 1 x nights accommodation Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$70.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels); We can provide linen for an extra $20 per person Please take rubbish with you. The tip is just out of town past the golf course on the way to Waihi. They take all types of rubbish

This property is in a great place for small children and adults to easily walk to the wharf, the boat club and to town. It has a sunny aspect and is nice to stay at.

So close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants you don't need a car unless you are here for the Beach Hop!! The property is very well set up and very comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy with plenty of room for family. Loved our time staying here.

After flying in we didn't want to stay in Auckland but decided to 'land' in the friendly town of Whangamata. We loved being there, it was a short stroll to both the beach and the restaurants and the place was perfect for us. Would recommend it to anyone, and communication was smooth and friendly.

the house was clean and tidy nice and close to the Beach and Shops
our only negative about our stay was the mattresses on the double beds and the couches were very uncomfortable

If you looking for a clean Bach close to town but not too concerned about being surrounded by other houses close to the fences then this Bach is fine. Garden and surrounding patios could do with a good clean up. It’s looking a bit tired. Value for money if fine.

Great lil holiday home heaps of beds, we accidentally broke the table when we tried to move it and it fully broke without us really evan touching it. Owner has requested we pay for it which is the only really downside
