Fully furnished with the things to make for an enjoyable beach vacation. Second floor unit with Open Stairs to reach unit. Parking in front with numbered spaces. New balcony with two slight views of the ocean. Three minute walk across the street to public beach access 1. Within walking distance to restaurants, clubs, Gulfarium, city fishing pier and shopping. Only minutes by car to Destin and the well known Crab Island. One 47" Smart TV W/ Basic Cable. 24" smart TV/ front bedroom/No Cable. Board games, umbrella and four beach chairs in closet. Must provide own beach towels.

Great location and convenient to everything. Great communication with host. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed (plus some). We had an issue with the ac, I messaged the host and it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely consider this location again.

Love this place! Honestly it was a 10 out of 10. Joyce has everything you could possibly need besides groceries staying in the condo. Thank you for the best place we have ever stayed

Clean comfortable condo. Very close to beach and all activities. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have there. We enjoyed our stay.
