Situated in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $367 per night is a great option for your next trip. **Notice: Carolina Dunes will be undergoing construction up to May 30th, 2024. Renters are welcome but may experience elevated noise levels from construction activity** Located in the Carolina Dunes. This fifth floor / end unit has recently been renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, flooring and furniture! Beautiful ocean views from the oversized balcony of this updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo makes for a memorable vacation! You will feel right at home with granite countertops in its large open kitchen, luxury plank tile, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, spacious living room and a private balcony giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. Master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath, the second bedroom offers two queens, third bedroom with two twins and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The Carolina Dunes is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within walking distance of two restaurants, a bar and Starbucks! The Carolina Dunes also offers a Large outdoor pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas and chairs kiddie pool, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi and onsite parking. - Luxury Linen package included! -4 beach chairs provided for our guests use. -This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo. -No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. -25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. -7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. -Pool heated October 1st - December 31st and March 1st to May 15th

Perfect location! Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants and nightly entertainment. Condo was exactly as described and communication with the property manager was wonderful. We will definitely return.

The condo was great. The pictures are what you get. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was very easy. It is close to all that there is to do in Myrtle beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The condo itself is gorgeous. Huge space. Incredible ocean view. But there was 100% a dog there before us as we had dog hair all over our socks and clothes all week. Also, the kitchen ceiling leaked from above right by the laundry area so we have to keep a bucket there to catch the drips which is gross. And lastly, all window coverings in rooms other than the master do not block out the Sun. So if sunrise is 5:30, we were awake because the room was as bright as can be and on vacation, I would’ve liked to sleep in.

It was easy to communicate with the host. Beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids were provided which was a nice surprise. The location was the perfect spot because you were right on the beach and it was easy to get to every place we needed to go.

Have stayed at a number of places in Myrtle Beach , mostly more north. This was a solid find, nothing exceptional but a good place. I liked the huge countertop in the kitchen. Pots and Pans are lacking but were sufficient. Air conditioning was excellent! Would be nice if they left you a vaccum for cleaning during the week. Bed was very comfortable. Shower is very tiny but functional. If you are over 6 feet and 225, good luck. At first I thought the refrigerator was too small but it was ok. The ice maker was very good. I don't care for the fact that the beach in front of the condo is packed with chairs they rent and most are not used. It should be first come first serve for any location on the beach. Overall a solid place

Unit is very nice with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and complete kitchen. Right on the beach with dedicated access. 10-minute drive to boardwalk, which is far enough that biker week was not overly intrusive. Several close restaurants, grocery stores, and mini golf. Only thing to watch is the sliding door to the balcony -- if left-side door is not fully extended to firmly engage right-side door, lock will not engage.

Not a “Luxury” Beach Rental Property

I was very disappointed in this property. I was told that our unit had been recently updated but contents were worn and cheap. The kitchen was poorly furnished and did not even have enough silverware to get us through a day. There were also cockroaches in our kitchen. The mattress in one of the bedrooms had a blood stain on it also. The property is very dated and poorly taken care of. When we arrived the door to our 5th floor balcony had been left fully open and my 5 year old autistic grandson ran straight outside before we could close and lock it. This could have been tragic. The stairwells were locked so if there had been a fire we would not have had access to them. The doors to the condos do not automatically lock which is a big safety hazard!!! I would not recommend this property!!!
