Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $329 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **Notice: Carolina Dunes will be undergoing construction up to May 30th, 2024. Renters are welcome but may experience elevated noise levels from construction activity** Located in the Carolina Dunes. Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean from the oversized balcony of this updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo! You will feel right at home with its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, spacious living room giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. This beautifully updated condo has a king bed in the master along with a full bath, second bedroom offers two twin size beds, third bedroom has two queen size beds and the living room provides a queen sleeper sofa. The Carolina Dunes is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within walking distance of two restaurants, a bar and Starbucks! The Carolina Dunes also offers a Large outdoor pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas and chairs kiddie pool, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi and onsite parking. - Luxury Linen package included! -4 beach chairs provided for our guests use. -This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo. -No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. -25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. -7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. -Pool heated October 1st - December 31st and March 1st to May 15th

Overall it was great. Disappointed in the lack of makeup mirror and hair dryer in master bath as I have stayed at Carolina Dunes numerous times and these items are always on the wall. We also didn’t have a toaster and the kitchen items need to be replenished.

Tough to enjoy pool time. Multiple times unruly children took control of pool area. Not supervised. Elevators would have all floors pushed causing issues. Everything else was fantastic. View was beautiful.

As a family of 5 the accommodations and location were perfect. Easy booking, quick responses and communication with host.
Only negatives: the master bath shower is small, outdated and not easy to use for a big and tall person. The other negative was entrance into the condo…the outdoor carpet stayed wet the whole time we were there (no rain during our stay). Reached out a few times to the host but problem didn’t get resolved. We just kept a towel the entry floor so that we could remove our shoes instead of tracking the wet inside.
Overall, we would stay there again as it was a great place!

The luxury the condo once had, has not been maintained:
Uncomfortable Couches - Sink-into rather than sit-on
Beds - 2 sink way down
Dirty baseboards, wall trims and air vents
Chipped glasses and plates
Dull 30W lighting in living room and bedrooms so can’t read
Walls chipped and marked
Full vacuum cleaner upon arrival
Sporadic crapping noises of chairs from unit above
Car Park – Foot-wide pool of pigeon droppings by assigned space and water dripped from above
No Recycling of plastics/glass etc.
Seemed like solely a rental property so we wondered when the last time someone walked through or inspected it?

The dryer didn't dry ,the washer was filthy, the vent in kitchen was black looked like mold, the bed in front rooms mattress cover was filthy and there was no way they didn't see it when they made the bedwetting didn't see it until we were stripping the bed. The tub went down really slow. For the money our family spent on this rental it wasn't worth it.

Our family had the best time at this perfectly located gem in South Carolina. The condo was cozy and clean and everything we thought it would be from the photos submitted online. The view was breathtaking and it was something I enjoyed early in the morning on the patio with some coffee. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re in paradise but yet the comforts of home, this is it. In my opinion it was perfectly located, not too close to the busy hustle and bustle of downtown myrtle yet very close to North Myrtle Beach where we liked to frequent often. We will definitely be back🌴☀️

This was our first stay at Carolina Dunes. We booked just a couple of weeks before our trip and found the listing and went for it. Everything is as described in the listing. The condo itself was nicely appointed and clean (ish) when we arrived. We always wipe things down once anyway after we check in somewhere. We arrived right on time, just as the cleaning crew was leaving. Whoever owns the place did a good job renovating the property as it's obvious that the building has been around a while. Still, the elevator worked well, parking was nice by having a spot in the covered area. The pool area was nice and the water was warm for a mid-April stay. We were a bit disappointed there was no hot tub, but knew that going in. The balcony was nice and had enough room that we could sit and have breakfast outside in the morning as the sun came up. The views were great. A couple of maintenance issues came up. The shower head actually came out of the wall but they were prompt in fixing it and it was as if it never happened. The coffee pot was not working correctly as it took it about 3 hours to fully make a pot of coffee. They did replace it as well. Beyond that, the only other thing we had happen was that we decided to work one of the 1500 piece jigsaw puzzles only to find out that it was 8 pieces short. We got a good laugh out of that. Location was good, not too busy where we were. For some reason, the DOT decided it was a good idea to pave the street one night in the middle of the night so you could hear their equipment beeping and making noise. Good beach access and the chairs provided were very useful. We would definitely consider staying here again at some point.

We booked this unit for a getaway from our snowy Canadian winter, and were not disappointed. The space was well kept and clean with everything we needed to enjoy a month at Myrtle. It included all the amenities for us to enjoy, relax and allowed us to work remotely with ease.
The property is managed by a large property management company and they really have their act together. They were responsive to all questions and were quick to address a few small maintenance items that came up.
Pros:
- On the beach - that million-dollar view 24/7
- Location - near lots of restaurants and stores, but not in the middle of the crazy tourist zone.
- Great space, tons of room
- 3 large bedrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- SmartTV in all bedrooms and living room
- Good, reliable internet (about 50Mb/s)
- Great, responsive management
- Unit is well renovated with nice finishes and a great beachy vibe.
- The building is older (1980s) but clearly well maintained
Cons:
- Master bedroom mattress was a bit tired. Pillows could be better
- The maintenance staff at the neighboring property loved to come out with their leaf blower at 7AM on a regular basis.
- No Hot Tub
- Pool wasn't open during our stay (as was clearly disclosed to us prior to our booking)

Certainly located between North and Soutjh Myrtle Beach, we were able to stay right there or go 20 minutes in either direction for food and fun. From the time we walked in, until we sadly left, we enjoyed this unit so much. I highly recommend to anyone looking in this area. And the beach itself was fabulous. Flat, no seaweed or rocks, perfect size waves and the perfect weather was just what we needed. Thank you for everything❤️

This property was perfect for our group of 10 people. Plenty of space, oceanfront view. My only complaint is that the 4 chairs included for the beach were not usable in my opinion. The 2 that were actual beach chairs were rust covered and the other 2 were camping chairs.

Condo was spacious ( the bathroom was tiny) but nothing to complain about because the views were amazing. I would definitely go back.

The door to the utility closet fell completely off every time you tried to open or close it. The vacuum cleaner wouldn't turn on. It was a frustrating experience altogether.
