They take money for luggage storage, AC remote- toilet seat-tv remote had no translations on them, breakfast was not worth it

I loved the location, the size of the room and how clean it was.
The only was that it felt like some of staff was laughing at me instead of trying to help me. Most of the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Nice bath and good location next to metro station.
Room was very small and no possibility to store clothes. If was even difficult to open suitcase inside the room. Staff was unfriendly and didn’t really care about customer needs. Luggage storage costs 500 Yen per piece after check-out.
