Nestled in Huntington Beach, this lovely house for $374 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, Main Street, Restaurants and Stores. Prime located 2 bedroom Beach house sleeps 6 and is only two blocks to the beach, Main Street, and the famous HB pier. The house has a front porch and large front patio for relaxing and watching the beach traffic. This house has new central heat and air and the bathroom has just been remodeled. There is one parking space on the driveway and room for an additional car in the garage. Full cable including HBO, Showtime, Starz, and sports packages as well as 5G wifi. Wagon and beach toys are in the garage and two bikes are available for your use. Incredible shopping, eating, multiple bars and ample night life within walking distance! Each bedroom features a queen bed. Master bedroom features a 40' LED television. The living room is furnished with a Sleeper Sectional Queen sofa bed and a 50' television that can easily be linked to Netflix. The house also provides private driveway parking for 1 car plus a double garage with room for 1 additional car, storage, bikes, and beach equipment all included for use. See details below.

I have used dozens of VRBO properties over the last 15 years, and this one is one of the best that I absolutely plan to return to. My wife and I needed a three-week location for us and our pugs, and this property fit the bill perfectly.
The great things:
- Walking distance to the beach and to downtown HB shops
- Safe area (no people soliciting, no "tents" or "camps", felt totally relaxed and enjoyed saying hi to folks from the front porch); note that HB is FAR nicer than the beach communities in LA county (we visited Venice Beach where we almost stayed, and couldn't wait to get out of there, HB is such a nice community and lots of nice locals that made me feel right at home)
- Dedicated parking (a very roomy driveway)
- Great internet connection (work was seamless, never a single drop or hiccup with meetings)
- Nice TVs in living and bedrooms, Roku was able to stream all of my services so didn't even need to plug in my Firestick the whole time
- Water pressure was almost too high (seriously, it is that good!), plenty of hot water on demand, very comfy
- Great A/C and heating system
- Good beds (queen size but comfy, clean sheets and bedspreads, felt at home, we brought our own full set of bedding just in case but didn't use our own stuff at all)
- Clean, easy check-in and check-out, nicely equipped kitchen, tons of beach toys (3 bikes, didn't use them but I tested them just for this review and all worked, yes a little rust on them and you won't be winning "nicest bike" contest)
Only areas that could be improved are the furniture and covering in the back (has ripped and the owners are in the process of replacement, but weather was so nice and was enough shade that it totally was not a problem), and yes the furniture is beach furniture that could use some upgrades at some point, but fine for our use which was minimal). For the price and for what you get and considering the location and condition of the property, we were super happy. The location is so good that I was always tempted to walk one block to get ice cream, funnels cakes, and so on so do expect to put on a few pounds if you have subpar willpower like myself :-) 5 stars!

Beach chairs, toys, wagon, ice chest, bikes were all clean and in good condition to be used. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer in the house to keep up on dirty clothes even though we were on vacation. Even close enough for a 20/25 minute drive a couples of times for trips to Disneyland and California adventure.

We were in town for the boat race and air show and this place was the best location for the entire weekend. 1-2 blocks from tons of restaurants and ice cream, 2-3 blocks from the beach and a really comfortable place for 4 adults to relax and enjoy the weekend. Would love to stay here again!

Great location!! Initially had an issue getting inside home, the owner was quick responding and got us in within 5-10 minutes overall it was not a big deal. My daughter arrived first, when she couldn’t get in she simply walked half a block and had a cocktail until we arrived she and her BF had a nice time relaxing. The home is well equipped with everything you need to cook/grill or if you’d rather not cook then take a short walk and dine at one of many options on Main Street if you’d rather eat at a newer restaurant then walk 6-8 minutes to pacific city where there are nice places to eat at. Overall great location and house had everything you need to be comfortable short walk to the beach the outside patio in front and backyard were nice too lots of seating. We will definitely look up this location the next time we visit Huntington Beach!

There is a new washer dryer, air cont. ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, streaming TV's (no cable) & wifi. We had an issue with getting the TV working & property management was quick to respond. We also had confusion on parking as the posting stated 2 driveway spots & 1 garage but it has since been updated. If you have more cars the street opens up often, & is easy at night. It is on a busy corner, but after 12 am not much noise. The fridge had no working ice machine, the blinds need replaced & added to cover all windows, the front door screen is lacking of a screen (would be nice to leave front door open for beach breeze) & the beach toys & bikes are not usable. I noticed reviews from 2019 that stated same (the online pictures are deceiving). The owners could put $500 into this place & make it nicer so not sure why the neglect. The property is for 6 guests; so you have 6 towels, 3 washcloth, 6 hand towels, 2 beach towels, & the beds are made..there are no extra linens or blankets, even for sofa bed (so bring your own). There also is no special instructions or notes everywhere which was kind of nice as some properties over do that. The communication from Laura is excellent. We did have a nice stay but the house needs a day of maintenance!

Great rental for our needs during a 13-night stay in Huntington Beach. As others have noted, you can't beat the location, so close to downtown HB and the beach. Laura was easy to work with when we had an issue with the internet/wifi service. All three of us (2 adults and 1 teenager) were very pleased with the accommodations and would return again.

Only bummer was that we were told there would be bikes so we didn’t bring our own... the ones provided were rusty and the tires were flat. But luckily everything is within walking distance! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
