About this house rental
Situated in Huntington Beach, this attractive house for $327 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beach 1.5 blocks away - close enough to hear the waves breaking! Two extra-large master bedroom suites are upstairs. Downstairs is a large living room with 55-inch TV. Fully appointed kitchen; covered patio with BBQ, outside shower. The large 19-by-15-foot bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bath, walk-in closet, TV and balcony. One bedroom has twin beds, and a queen-size sofa bed, while the other has a queen bed with lots of room to relax. The mattresses are new Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtops. Downstairs features a large living room with reclining leather couches that can double as beds if you choose, a big TV, a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and covered patio. The shady back patio has a grill for BBQ fun, and also features an outdoor shower for returning beach-goers to rinse off after a day at the beach. Owners and managers Roger and Vicki, who grew up in the area, can help you plan your trip in advance or offer spur-of-the-moment assistance – as the editor of the official Huntington Beach Visitors Guide, Roger literally wrote the book on how to enjoy all that the city has to offer! He and his wife, Vicki, live in the adjacent townhouse and are at your service. The Roger and Vicki have owned this property for many years, have upgraded it with love, and look forward to having guests enjoy the innumerable amenities that will make you feel right at home. (Including gourmet coffee and tea, fully stocked kitchen and baths, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and more). What a great spot to enjoy all that Huntington Beach has to offer. This cozy, roomy condo is so close to everything you can walk , the beach, restaurants, coffee, main street and more. We cant wait to come back!

It was a pleasure staying in Huntington Beach! This location is a perfect walk to the beach with everything you need. My wife and kids and I had a great time in the water. The beach was busy but not crowded and very clean. Check in and out was easy. Roger the owner was right next door. He was very down to earth, helpful with recommendations, but also respected our privacy. We would return in a heartbeat if we go back!

We visited Huntington Beach from the east coast for our summer vacation and this town, location, and rental were ideal. Just 2-3 blocks from the beach - close enough for hauling all of the beach gear and to run back home when we needed something. We stayed during the busy 4th of July weekend, so the location of the house outside of the downtown area was peacefully away from the crowds, but still walkable (under 10 mins) for the shops and restaurants. The hosts live next door and were available for questions and recommendations. We had a great time and would definitely rent here again!!

I took my niece to California to celebrate her high school graduation. The unit was big enough for us each to have a HUGE bedroom/bathroom. Living room couches are soft and comfy. All amenities were included. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond to anything we needed.
The best though, was the location! Huntington Beach is a gorgeous, clean city and the great beaches are right outside the door! We enjoyed Main Street for shopping and dining.

Roger the owner is very easy to reach via text, is great at giving suggestions for local activities, etc. The condo is clean, much larger than expected, had all the amenities and more including an outdoor shower! No need to bring your beach stuff, because they provide chairs, and umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon! There’s a full-size washer dryer, and it is in a perfect, beautiful, quiet neighborhood, a block and a half from the beach! We will definitely be visiting again !!
I highly recommend this property to families, younger and older kids, groups of friends, and, like I said, Roger was very accommodating! I give this property a A+, and it provided a super easy and smooth check in and check out process as well! Couldn’t ask for much more!

We spent a week here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to the beach with easy access. The HB Pier is about 15 blocks away. Great quiet neighborhood. All major markets and lots of other stores are less than an 8 minute drive. It is a real beach house and is very comfortable. The Owners are super nice and always available. If contacted they will address things (we had no issues just a few questions). Kitchen is well stocked and it has a washer dryer and great BBQ on the back patio. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen the other with twins you could pull together and a hideabed couch. Separate baths for each.

This was a great place to stay for us because the main purpose of our trip was to spend time at the beach. We explored other places as well but it was so nice to just walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again :)

The place is just as advertised. Plus it comes with loads of beach equipment. Roger was wonderful to work with. It was very clean and perfect for our use. My one reason for giving it a 4 out of 5 is that it could use a little refreshing.

The place is large and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. He had boogie boards and beach equipment which was quite helpful.

Excellent Location, excellent facility
If you're going to spend time at the beach this location is fantastic. It's only a 2 block walk and there are crosswalks across the busy PCH nearby. It's also close to a market, donut shop, restaurant and a board rental place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and we had great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.
