About this house rental
In the heart of the picturesque Roman city of Weißenburg is this former defense tower converted into a holiday residence. The tower of the city fortifications from the 14th / 15th Century was expanded in 1860/61 into a residential house for a high-ranking official from Weissenburg.
From 2015 it was comprehensively modernized in around one and a half years with great attention to detail and in close cooperation with the authorities in the preservation of historical monuments. And so it is now available to visitors to the Franconian Lake District as a holiday home

Kai was an EXCELLENT host! He met us at the house, walked us through all the details, and was very attentive and patient. The house was well stocked, and extremely comfortable. We loved spending evenings in the living room and the kitchen was perfect for making a special holiday meal. Nestled close to shops and bakeries. Couldnt ask for more!

We stayed for a few nights. It was very clean and tidy and the host was really friendly 😊Needed a microwave but thats just a small detail. Its in a lively location next to all the facilities. Parking is free in the public car park nearby which sometimes got full.

In der schönen Stadt Weißenburg liegt dieses außergewöhnliche Ferienhaus an einem auch funktional sehr günstigen Ort. Die Einrichtung der drei Etagen unterscheidet sich sehr und ist stets stil- und geschmackvoll und in einem angenehmen Sinne kreativ. Mit nur wenigen Schritten kann man das Wohngefühl wechseln, das Wohlgefühl bleibt dabei immer erhalten!
